Shocking customer service after spending over £3k on furniture. Defective table with repeated missed commitments to resolve. Truly appalling. I do wonder if this will even be read by Mr Robin Weymss the person with significant control.

After a long time searching for the perfect chairs we are now very happy owners of two beautiful stylish leather chairs, which are just right for our dining area.The service that I received from Inside Out Living was exceptional! I first got in touch with an enquiry re the back of the chairs and Sam, who I spoke to could not have been more helpful, she even sent me an image. Their price for the chairs was a lot less than any other company and delivery spot on.

First class experience with IOL...there was a slight hiccup by the delivery driver but was sorted out in minutes by Samantha. Very professional which in this climate is very important to customers ordering on line. I have recommended to family and friends. Thank you IOL...

We ordered a Kettler corner unit with firepit table. The same furniture was on various websites however this was a good price and we liked the positive reviews for Inside Out Living on Trust pilot. The order process was straightforward. We were told we would be contacted within 5 working days to organise delivery. This happened as planned with the delivery just over a week from ordering. Quality of our furniture is excellent. We were very happy with Inside Out Living and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I bought 2 Kettler sun loungers online. Delivery was fast and the chairs were well packaged.
The loungers were also better priced than the same item from John Lewis

I bought some mugs with Inside Out Living and am really pleased with them. They look great and were delivered quickly and well packaged. I had to contact customer services to return a vase I'd purchased on the same order, and they were super-speedy in replying and arranging collection.
