Ions UK company Sucks
The company Sucks. I singed them for one year and noticed that they have been taking the money out of my account every month for over 18 months. When I called them to get the explaination they said that it is automatically renewed and they cannot cancel it before the end of next year...ie. I have to pay them for the whole new year. I never asked them for automatically renewing the contract.

Worst pole I’ve ever had. All clamps have failed. All levers have snapped . Last one we have ever used

Having looked into this, the pole is now over 18 months old. At that stage of use, it’s normal for components like clamps and levers to show significant wear, especially with daily commercial work. This level of wear is within the expected lifespan for those parts.

Great products
I have no problems with this company. Products are great, despatched quickly without fuss. I've dropped a star because they use DHL. I've never not had a problem with them, absolutely useless lying company. Sorry Ionics - you're great but stop using DHL they're useless.
