Worst I have come across . The price given must be for a new phone only . I sent mine valued at £266 by them then they offer me £60 as it had some light wear on corners . They also said the screen was damaged ... liars it was just replaced and when received back it was still as new . Keep clear hopeless on emails and just say light robbers

Don’t trust this firm they are crooks. Sent a perfectly good phone and they say it is faulty and scuffed when it is in excellent condition. I wish I had read the reviews first before dealing with them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Don't send your phone to them. They make you an offer then down grade that offer once they receive the phone. Waiting for 3 weeks so far to get any money out of them.
Beware, the contact number 02032397151 is a travel agency NOT iPhone recycling, the other number 08717894810 is a premium rate number.

I got offer £410 for the phone, however after ignoring my phone calls and emails for three days when it is meant to be a same day payment they said there was scratches on the phone. This phone was immaculate so i know they were talking rubbish. Eventually after i threatened them with legal action and police i got £300 back which is £110 less than what i asked for, I have now done research and they use fake accounts under the company ISNS LTD. I am reporting these to the police and following this through.

Stolen phone with no payment. Rang them up and can't get through.

They’ve had my phone for three weeks now and done nothing. I’ve emailed and phoned to get it back but they’re ignoring both. They have basically stolen my phone.

Terrible company - do not use. They took the telephone and then said it wasn't unlocked and had scratches. Neither statement is true. I have rejected their offer and they have not sent the telephone back yet.

The original offer was £267 for my I7 - It had had a new screen 5 months earlier and had always been in a protective case.

I expected there was a scam but was expecting them to say it wasn't working properly.

They sent and email to me saying it was scuffed and scratched beyond normal wear and tear and offered me £180.

I always take care of my possessions and know that the phone wasn't how they described it.

I haven't received payment yet but I've only just replied to their email - If receiving payment is as difficult as the reviews suggest then I'll just go legal on them.

Stay away and take your phone to a local buyer where you can discuss it's condition face to face as these people are clearly not to be trusted.

Perhaps Watchdog should be made aware of this.

They have stolen my phone and are ignoring my calls and emails, spoken on the phone a few times and claim the phone is faulty. Accepted the lowered cost just because I knew it was a scam and was trying to receive any payment. Still haven’t been paid or had the phone returned. DO NOT USE COMPANY.

I sold my iPhone 6s as it was just gathering dust in my room and unlike many of the other bad reviews, I was given the price I was quoted after the phone was received. This was the only good experience.

The first cheque they sent was issued to a MRS rather than a MR which my bank rejected - a new cheque was promptly sent out. This cheque has now bounced TWICE and they have not responded to any emails since this.

I have taken legal advice which I made them aware of, still no response. Most recently, I have escalated this further and spoken to the police which I have also let them know but still, no response as this is essentially theft.

This is the worst mobile phone recycling experience I've ever had with all of my past mobile devices. From start to finish has taken about 2 months! I put an order in for them to send me a jiffy bag on 20th Jan and got the bag about 2 weeks later, posted my phone off and it took 2 weeks for them to receive/process my order then a further 5 weeks to receive a cheque payment. A totally unacceptable and unprofessional experience, I obviously won't be using 'iphonerecycling' again!

Absolute disgrace. Took weeks to send the jiffy bag. Phone arrived and after 5 days I was still not paid. I contacted them they said the phone is damaged (which it is not). now 7 days after they said they would return I have still not received it. I spoken to them just now and they are conveniently sending it today and I will get it tomorrow. I await the condition of my iPhone which is now apparently damaged. Wish I had seen these reviews before I sent my phone. This company is clearly not good. By deliberately keeping the phone for excessive periods of time they are costing people money they could ordinarily get from a reputable firm in the cost of the depreciation.

Hideous hideous company!!!! No contact from them, no response to loads of my emails wanting to know what was going on. When I eventually did manage to get through to them on live chat I was told my phone wasn't working - IT WAS BRAND NEW. They are lying, robbing thieves. The only reason I didn't ask for my phone to be returned is because all the reviews said they never got their phones back. Rude, unhelpful, horrible staff who have no clue what's going on and make their money on false pretenses. I got £11 for a brand new iPhone never used. DO NOT USE!!!!!!

Honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I sent my phone, about a week later they confirmed that they had received it, another week after that they emailed me to say my phone wouldn't switch on so they couldn't pay me the full amount. The phone does switch on, I'm pretty sure it just needs charging, so I asked them to return the phone to me. That was almost 4 weeks ago - I still do not have my phone. They have effectively stolen my phone at this point.

Fraudulent Company.

They have had my iPhone since beginning of December. I have sent 30 or more emails that they have not replied to. Tried to use the chat however i have been 1 in the queue for the past 3 days. Do not use this company at any cost!!!!!!!!! I am now going to report them to the police.

Sent off an excellent condition phone in full working order. Sent with the promised 1-2day free delivery. Apparently didn’t arrive until day 4. Then received an email telling me the phone isn’t working. Feel like an idiot for not reading reviews. Obviously a complete scam company who hope you can’t be bothered to wait for your phone to come back... assuming I ever get it back 😡

This company has taken my daughters iPhone 6s and are not replying to my numerous emails.
This company are ripping people off. 3 weeks have passed and I have yet to receive any payment or my my phone returned to me.
Avoid using this company and go with a reputable company like music magpie.

I requested a delivery bag to place my phone in to send off and it came within 2 days and I also received my money directly into my bank 3 days after posting my phone! Excellent experience!
