Awful company. Quoted £120 then told my phone is worth £50 because of a small scratch on the top. No exaggeration! When the phone got sent back, it was sent in a tatty broken iPhone box whereas I sent mine in a perfect condition iPhone box. Shady company and will never use again

They have had my phone a month now with no update about payment. They have stopped answering my emails and are even ignoring me on chat ( which isn’t live very often). Avoid.

Absolutely shambolic experience. Not contacted for eels apppauling customer service and they supposedly have no way of tracking the prices they committed to A WEEK PRIOR!

An absolute shambolic process and company, sent a total of 3 handsets away, on a friday, received an email on monday saying they had been delivered and they were checking them, didn't hear nothing back, sent an email on Tuesday asking what was happening, had an email back Wednesday saying once they knew more they will get back to me asap, it is now thursday evening, still haven't had no contact despite them being sent emails wanting either payment or return of the handsets. Please avoid like the plague, if I don't get any reply by tomorrow I shall be paying them a little visit.

I had my reservations given that these guys were offering the most for my phone, but I am really glad I went with them. Excellent service, they send a freepost bag to post them the phone, good communication throughout (when the phone was received their end, when it had been checked and when money was paid) and paid into my bank account within hours of them confirming the phone had been checked. Really impressed and would highly recommend.

Great experience with iphonerecycling. I found them on a comparison website and filled out the form and got a great price even though it was classed as faulty. The delivery package arrived fast and I sent it through the post office for security which was free. Within days of sending it I received an email to say payment was being sent and a few hours later it was in my bank. Can’t fault them at all, smooth and easy process and will use again in the future!
