Recycled my iphone the screen was completely gone got the price as promised would of been the same price even if i got the screen fixed and then recycled it since the new iphone was coming out it would of lost some value so the timing made sense to do it before it come out

I sent my phone late wednesday by the post office free the phone was received friday afternoon. free 48 hour service used.

money was in the account later on that day 7pm. the same day the phone was received

I got the freepost bag through the post very quickly. I got th exact amount they advertised. Plus an extra £5 for leaving a review as a thank you. I got email updates along to way to keep in the loop (just ensure they dont go into your junk mail). Will use the company again

iPhone 5S 64GB In mint condition, offered £81 told that it had chip in bottom corner (identical response to other reviewers), and re-offered £60. The reference to a chip was a lie. Phone was sent in original iPhone box insured and recorded delivery. No damage reported in transit. Failure to return phone promptly requiring me to contact company 8 days after I rejected the reduced offer and ask for my phone back. (Phone returned after 10 days). Its clear the phone was marked by the company with a file, when I insisted they return it. Phone also returned locked and I had to contact them again to get the unlock pass code. If thats not bad enough, iPhoneRecycling.co.uk misrepresents its TrustPilot rating on their web site and the two further ratings they also state they have are bogus according to the two companies ( I have contacted them to verify this). On return of phone I sent it to enviro fone and received £108.

I sent them my iPhone 5s expecting £83 they had it for nearly 2 weeks without any correspondence at all. I contacted them & was told my phone had a small chip top left corner so it was down to £60. The phone has always had a case on it so I cannot understand how this has got there! I have tried contacting this company numerous times to tell them I wanted my phone back as the customer service is non existent & this has taken nearly a month from them getting it to me receiving it back without the original box I sent it in?? I've asked for the box back & been told it's gone so no I will never use them again!
