Ordered a white mother of pearl mirror which took 5 months to arrive due to COVID. Upon arrival, I found out that there were a few issues with the mirror. First, there were paint splashed across the frame. Second, some of the mother of pearl shells were broken. Third, I had specifically asked for the mirror to be hung horizontally (proof in the invoice) but they had placed the hooks for vertical hanging. Got in touch with Iris Furnishing about the poor quality control issues and basically got told that the paint will come off with a wet wipe…which obviously did not. As for the other issues, they did not offer me a solution. When I reached out to them, they basically stop responding to my emails. Shocking after sales service. I would have included photos here if I could.

Several years ago, I ordered an inlaid chest of drawers from Iris Furnishing. At the time they were extremely kind and helpful. A few months ago I needed a second chest so I immediately went back to Iris. Once again, the service was excellent; the chest was delivered within a few days of ordering and everyone was so helpful and kind. The chest is beautiful. I would highly recommend this company.

I ordered a bespoke 'vase cupboard' (some of the colours of the paintwork were changed to match my specifications). The cupboard is beautiful, Charley could not have been more helpful / patient. Very satisfied, highly recommend.

I ordered 2 bespoke pieces of hand-painted furniture online from Iris Furnishings, and was a little bit anxious about the quality/finish considering the very reasonable price I paid and the fact that I have never visited their shop, and was absolutely astounded by the beauty, quality and finish of the product. It's so unique and is the centre piece of our room and definitely a talking point. We absolutely love it. The staff were so professional, friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I could just pick a style, size, colour, etc and have exactly what I wanted. I would heartily recommend their products/services.

After previously been let down by a large, well known furniture company, I was nervous about ordering a further mother of pearl piece of furniture. I received my tall chest of drawers yesterday from Iris Furnishing and it is absolutely beautiful and I couldn't be more pleased with it. Charley was very helpful and always quick to contact me with any queries. I will definitely order from this company again.

We have had the most beautiful bedroom furniture delivered... it’s everything and more.
Due to the current climate we had a delay but every step of the way was explained and every email answered!
I would not hesitate to recommend Charley and the team!!

apologies to the team at Iris - gave them a lot of earache as I thought the wrong item had arrived but was my fault, ordered the wrong one! Happy with the quality etc of the cupboard that arrived and apologies again for the mix up which was handled with politeness and patience. Idiot me! Hope the review goes some way to making up for it.

We have the most gorgeous chest of drawers in our bedroom now - beautiful inlaid mother of Pearl in a blue painted background. We took advantage of the interest free payment plan which was simple and a real boon. The whole experience was straightforward and both the staff I spoke to went out of their way to help us. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Purchased a set of bone Inlay drawers and two bed side tables, I must say the items really do have the wow factor! Brilliant customer service and arrived well packaged and quick with no fuss. 5 stars all round!

This company could not have been more helpful.Charley responded promptly to my many (undoubtedly infuriating) phone calls with endless patience and good humour .They went out of their way to help fulfill exactly what I needed.Despite living in the wilds of the North ,the pieces came in days .They were well packaged and even more stunning in “person”than the ( many) photos I had asked Charley to send .
I’d wanted inlaid furniture for many years but Iris furnishing offer exceptional value .I have seen these same pieces at double the price with other retailers .

I bought a bedside cupboard from here and it was beautiful, but not quite the right colour in real life....no ones fault, is hand painted so colour differences must be expected. Over the following months, I was in communication with them as they had immediately agreed to swap my cupboard over for one I did like, as soon as they had a delivery. These people fell over themselves to help me...thanks to Charley in particular, lovely girl......and arrived with another cupboard they had sent me a photo of first, so it was perfect ! I absolutely love this cupboard ! It’s the best piece in my home I think. I will definitely buy from them again. Highly recommend the company and its furniture. Thank you Iris furnishings x
