£12taken for delivery and I didn't choose this option and payment went through. Customer service response was that it couldn't be cancelled and then reordered. Dress not well sized and £5 to return, will never use this company again. Total scammers.

I’ve never had an issue. However, I recently ordered 2 items of clothing, both in my normal size, but only one was true to the sizing. I’m 5ft3 and ordered some trousers in a size 10, when they arrived the trouser leg was so long, in comparison to my body, it came up to my chest. I tried to exchange it, however I’m being told I have to pay £5 to return the £10 product. Very annoying considering the trousers should have been listed as ‘long’.

I haven't receive my item that took them a month to still investigate with EVRI what an excuse.
ISIF used to be good. Lazy customer service are too slow to do anything like they don't care about your money. It's No more and unsubscribed!
I hope they will give me my money back.

This company has gone downhill in my opinion, paid £9.99 for what i thought was unlimited delivery but turns out it was just 1 time only next day delivery, but the items i ordered didnt come until a week later, shocking. Also the sizing are not accurate and they charge £4.99 to return anything, i emailed customer service 3 times but they dont reply, total rip off, i wont be ordering again.

Use to love using this shop online.
Now the clothes advertised come and don't look anything like what you have ordered or the sizes are completely off. And now being charged £4.99 to send anything back that wasn't right!

Dreadful company, do not order!!
I ordered jeans that came dark blue when i ordered light wash. They are trying to charge me to return the item when it is completely different to the photo advertised.
Customer service are useless and won’t send a returns label. Scammers. Avoid!

I paid £9.99 to get the next day delivery for a year. When it came to ordering it wouldnt work and ended up paying an extra £5.99 to get it for next day. I emailed them and they informed me they no longer offer the £9.99 premier delivery service even though i had already paid and they didnt want to refund me the additional £5.99 i paid. They gave me a £10 voucher as an exchange for the £9.99 paid but you have to spend that just on deliveries anyway. Then they started charging for returns also. Used to be one of my favourite sites to shop on but website has gone downhill.

I ordered an item from this website payed £9.99 extra for this for next day delivery I did not receive an email from them once, thought nothing of it wasted a whole day waiting for this to arrive and it has not, I’ve also attempted to email them twice may I add and no response, I even messaged there instagram account and still nothing, how highly unprofessional I’m very disappointed in the service considering I’ve never ordered from them before, so I find myself down £53 pounds and have no idea what’s going on with my order I can assure you if I don’t get a reply or response I’ll be going to trading standards with a complaint

First and last time ordering. EVRI is their chosen delivery company. Ordered 26 Nov, dispatched same day and was notified it arrived and was processed by Evri 00:47 on 27 Nov. No further statuses changes. Contacted Evri to be told to go to ISIF. Raised with ISIF whilst continuing with Evri. This went on for 3 weeks. Evri confirmed after 10 days the package was lost. Told ISIF who where told differently and ignored screenshot of Evri messages. Then tried to use my consumer right to cancel within 14 days on day 12 and was denied. After 3 weeks, finally concluded the package was lost and have informed me they've processed the refund their end. Wouldn't recommend - yes Evri are at fault, but ISIF are slow and refused statutory rights.
Cheap prices and quick delivery, but materials are very cheap and not good quality
Super quick. I didn't pay for expedited delivery and the order was sent to me in within 2 days. Very impressed. Other retailers have been a huge let down over the mas shopping period.
Every thing I ordered in an 8 or 10 was bordering on size 16. None of these items mentioned “oversized” or “suitable for a 6 foot woman”.
Had to pay £15 to send it back also which is ridiculous, don’t be shopping on the website ever again
Never buy from this site , firstly they use evri which is one of the worst curriers going . Secondly they are unsympathetic and offer you no understanding or even refund your order .
STAY CLEAR
I bought Premier Delivery two months ago, I have the confirmation email in my emails so I know it was bought under the correct account with correct email address. Tried to log in yesterday, ready to buy some stuff during black friday, only to be unable to log in. Tried "forgot my password" multiple times but never received the email (and yes, I checked my junk mail). Out of curiosity, I tried creating a new account with the same email address and it allowed me to do so. It seems my account had somehow been deleted, and with it my Premier Delivery. I contacted them and did some research and found a lot of similar experiences online. Someone mentioned they recently upgraded their website, and it seems that this has deleted some, or maybe all accounts, including the order history and for people like myself, premier delivery. I got a response from them today and was told they're very sorry but they no longer off Premier Delivery (something they NEVER informed their customers of), and they offered me a £10 voucher to spend with them. Having seen the issues that are clearly going on with this company I do not want to shop with them, so I said no thank you, I would like a refund instead. They told me this service was "non-refundable", an absolute joke when it is THEM that is backing out of it, NOT myself. I have filed a chargeback claim through my bank and suggest that everyone else in this position does so, as this company will not give you a refund. I think what has happened is they've messed up their update and deleted our accounts/account histories, so they can no longer honour items bought or refunds applied for before this update. Because they've deleted our details, they are also unable to access the details to pay us all back. The worst part is, their customers have not been kept informed. I have found HUNDREDS of people complaining online and on social media, but the company has issued no apology! We should have all been informed that Premier Delivery was no longer available and been immediately refunded (although I think they may be unable, if they've deleted our accounts, they've probably deleted our emails too!) and they should be putting out a statement to inform and apologise.

Returned order over a month ago and I still have not heard back.
This company makes returning items extremely difficult and even when you manage to return nothing ever gets confirmed. Over a month since I returned and they have not even acknowledged receiving the items even though they supplied the returns label. This is my third order and I have problems returning some of the items from every order.
You have to wait ages for refunds (months) and mine was processed incorrectly so they still owe me £25. There is no way to get in contact with them I’ve tried email, Facebook and Twitter and just no one is picking up my message. After looking on Twitter it seems I’m not the first to experience this. I am really disappointed and won’t order from them ever again.
