What a terrible company, I'm waiting for my refund almost 2 months now
Bought a jacket, worn it a handful of times as it's been too warm over summer. It's now the weather to wear it and the zip doesn't even work. Apparently due to the time frame it's wear and tear... Even though it's been worn no more than about 5 times. Material is cheap and awful quality, glad I got it cheap, as I'd be even more gutted if I'd paid full price!!
Been over a month and never received my parcel! Customer service is appalling and have not got back to me. Just keep telling me the courier needs more time to deliver it!! Can’t believe such a well known brand is cheating money out of everyone! Will be going to the ombudsman, I suggest everyone else does too!
There is no customer service. They stopped replying to my inquiry after a few emails. I have two refunds that they have processed BUT still have not received the money back. Not worth it. Put your money elsewhere.
I often order from this company and have not had any issues up until recently, although I am confident to say that the issue was not directly from the company but rather from the delivery company that they used, I received a notification that my parcel was delivered when in fact it was not I decided to report that my parcel was missing on this company's website as well as the delivery companies website and to my surprise, I did not receive a reply back from the delivery company, instead I received a reply from this company stating that my issue is being investigated, It was a little bit of a wait but I have now received my order and the customer service team have offered me a 10% discount as well as free next day delivery :) therefore I am happy to say that I was very satisfied with the customer service I was offered all throughout when the issue was being investigated, and the lady I was emailing was more than helpful when she gave me frequent updates which helped put my mind at ease and know that I would either receive a refund or a replacement order.
I returned an item for a refund and when I did not receive one, I contacted customer services. Apparently my refund has gone onto a gift card, however my account shows no order history or a gift card with a balance. My gift card was a promotional item I had via McDonald's, with an extra item that I bought on top. This is the item that I returned. If the refund has to go onto a gift card, surely it should have been sent to me as a code to use or something??? The delay in responding is not great, however I do understand if they are having staffing issues. I won't order from this company again, they don't seem to be very trustworthy to me.

Brought the premier delivery just weeks ago and now they no longer provide this service. They have not communicated that this will be discontinued, nor have they given me the full refund. I have contacted their customer service repeatedly but only received one response which was to confirm my name and email only.

Do not order !!! I ordered over £100 worth of clothing, due to my own fault no clothing items fit me correctly however, i returned the items and have been waiting for my refund for OVER A MONTH !!!!
I’ve been waiting over a month to receive my £100 back ! I’ve emailed and contacted the brand multiple times i think i’ve emailed them 4 times and each time i only receive their automated response ! I’m absolutely disgusted with the lack of help and support they have provided me with. Will i ever get all my money back ??? At this rate it doesn’t look promising ! I can tell you for a fact i will NEVER be ordering of here again.

A disreputable company.
Premier delivery which I paid for has now been removed without even the courtesy of any communication. I have been offered a derisory £10 e-voucher which in no way covers normal delivery costs.
It appears that my order history has been lost.
I intend to contact Trading Standards regarding their false advertising and breaching my consumer rights, i.e not receiving the advertised and contracted service.
Also, why does the site artificially inflate prices to show sale offers. Most items haven't been offered at a higher price.
I first complained on the 7th November and it is only 6 days later and after many emails, (the only way to access customer non-service) that Ive received information regarding the discontinued Premier delivery.
Update 14/11/22
I requested deletion of my account and data. So far, I've twice been assured that it is a) closed and b) disabled. It is still active. Their incompetence or dishonesty continues.
There seems to be no direct link or action to follow the cancellation procedure. I give them 7 days before I instigate legal proceedings.

Surprise, surprise. Response from my Trustpilot review was to email them. Result? No answer.

Returned my item on the 21sd of September. It’s now the 12th of November and still no refund. I have contacted customer service multiple times and got one reply. My item is shown as being returned to to them and the lack of contact is shocking. Would like my refund please.

Awful service. Returned an item nearly three weeks ago, item was received back in the middle of October. Have sent email after email for it only to bounce back to say the email address is not in use. Submitted a new ticket chasing a refund, still no response. Awful company. How can you keep money that is not yours to keep. You’ve had the items returned to you but can’t bother to issue a refund. Disgusting company

returned items a month ago, still trying to chase a refund included tracking number and receipt to be told nothing has been sent back and could i give the tracking number, the items were received 3 weeks ago to warehouse but no refund and now my account shows never even placed an order , the few items i did keep have all pulled, will never order from them again

I returned my whole order, but an item was missing from my refund. I contacted customer support who did take a few days to respond. However, the service I received today from Taegan made up for poor experience I had earlier. They were efficient and prompt all whilst solving my issue in a timely manner.
