Welcome to I See Me! where we provide the highest quality, most personalised children's books available. We opened for business in May of 2000, after a year of active product development. My husband Allan and I received a personalised book as a gift for our first son in 1998. While we loved the fact that it was personalised, we thought that the illustrations could have been much better and the story more customised to the child. Thus I See Me! was born. We are pleased to say our books have become popular among celebrities including Courteney Cox, Brooke Shields and Jessica Alba. The goal of our books is to show each child how absolutely unique and special he or she is, to teach the child how to spell his or her name, and to build vocabulary skills. We hope that you enjoy the books!

Extremely disappointed
Ordered my book early November. When I enquired about its status and requested a tracking number around 16th December only to be told that there was no tracking number is given when it landed in Australia which I find strange. I enquired again a few days later only to be told the article was lost. I have received a full refund but would much rather have had the book for Christmas for a special new addition to our family. The process of ordering the book was fabulous, the end result was extremely disappointing. I won’t be ordering from this company again.

Ups never received package, company continues to lie and state they shipped!
I placed order on the 16th. Shipping said 5-7 days. Upon further review their policy says 7-10 , ok fine. On the 17th they sent email stating item was shipped with tracking number. For 5 days ups is still awaiting the package. Now UPS says invalid tracking since obviously they never received it. Anyone can print a shipping label! Contacted company thru the AI bot and was asked if I wanted a replacement sent, I said yes. I immediately received an email stating that I must have missed the email and my item was shipped on Dec 17th, lol!! Why do you continue to lie to me? I've even sent you the screenshots every single time!
It's funny because I placed another order with a different company from halfway across the country that same night and it will be here tomorrow, yes ups hasn't even received my package from you? Should be delivered the 24th but obviously that won't happen, with the 28th as the absolute last delivery date but again, item hasn't been shipped and company continues to lie to me!! Y'all aren't the only company who makes these books so I obviously won't be using or recommending this company ever again!!

I can see that your order was placed on November 29 with the delivery method of Standard which is listed as an untracked service and should arrive in approximately 10-13 business days. We’re so sorry to hear about the delay with your delivery by the carrier.
A replacement order was issued on December 21 when we were contacted with the shipping method of Expedited which is a tracked service and should arrive in approximately 5-9 business days.

Excellent finish and quality
Really happy with my purchase. Very easy to use software and I did the Aunty book and the words were lovely for my little 1 year old nephew and will last him through his childhood. Was really grateful to be able to include a photo of us and a few words. My little nephew loves books and really liked it but will like it more as he grows up. Great concept and well executed. His name was integrated into pictures as well so it seemed really custom. Book was smaller in size than I realisee so just be sure to measure it out.
