Great experience, excellent customer service and quality product.

The website was so easy to use, the book came exactly as I had processed quickly, and was well packaged, definitely would recommend.

I bought this for my young children to remember our family dog after her passing, and it is just the most beautiful book. The story is cute and funny, with great attention to detail: my daughter loves spotting everyone’s names in the illustrations. The option of adding personalised photos to remember our beloved pet by is such a lovely touch. Highly recommend!

The delivery of the book was quick! I purchased this book for my Nephew for his christening and it was beautiful - it is a nice keepsake for him to keep. I thought it was a little bit on the pricey side though

While the product is great the fact the whole order wasn't shipped together was an inconvenience especially in the lead up to christmas.

I ordered the Christmas book for my grandson two weeks before Christmas, but unfortunately it arrived after Christmas. The book is great though and the baby in it even looks like my grandson. It is good quality and a beautiful book.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with I See Me. The personalized book I ordered for a family member’s child was mishandled, and sensitive customer information was sent to the wrong family—a serious breach of trust.

When I initially reached out to customer service via email (over the weekend, outside of business hours), their response was dismissive and unhelpful. However, during business hours, I spoke to another representative who did follow through on expediting the book containing my family details to me, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, all of this took place after the child’s birthday had already passed, which only added to my frustration.

What further rubbed me the wrong way was their response regarding the incorrect book I received. I asked for a return label to send the incorrect family’s book back to the company, as they made the error and should take financial responsibility for protecting their customer’s sensitive information. Instead, I was told to destroy or disregard the book. The lack of accountability and refusal to take proper measures to remedy the privacy incident is unacceptable.

While I appreciate the one representative’s effort to resolve the situation, this overall experience was poorly handled and deeply disappointing. I can no longer trust this company with my information, nor would I recommend them to others.

Suchhhhhh a cute little book. I especially love that you can edit the skin tone and auntie fashion style, and also add photos.

This was the perfect book for my granddaughter as a gift for her dancing concert. The book arrived quickly and is beautiful my Granddaughter will love it. It was a simple process to order, very happy
