Welcome to I See Me! where we provide the highest quality, most personalised children's books available. We opened for business in May of 2000, after a year of active product development. My husband Allan and I received a personalised book as a gift for our first son in 1998. While we loved the fact that it was personalised, we thought that the illustrations could have been much better and the story more customised to the child. Thus I See Me! was born. We are pleased to say our books have become popular among celebrities including Courteney Cox, Brooke Shields and Jessica Alba. The goal of our books is to show each child how absolutely unique and special he or she is, to teach the child how to spell his or her name, and to build vocabulary skills. We hope that you enjoy the books!

I ordered Goodnight Little ***** as a gift for my Grandson.
I received my personalised book as a gift for my Grandson, and it eventually arrived. I am truly thrilled by the product. It was so sweet it made me cry. I cannot thank you enough for this soon to be new treasure that I will add to his growing library.

This item never arrived
This item never arrived. It said 15 days delivery, on day 20 we reached out and were advised to wait another two weeks. I messaged one week and six days later and was told to wait another day. Still waiting to get a refund.. I definitely wouldn't order this as a gift as it won't come on time, if at all.

While we do our best to ensure books arrive in a timely manner, unexpected and unpredictable delays unfortunately can still happen. When they do, we are always just an email or phone call away and more than happy to help.
We do show that you reached out to us on May 22nd and we asked you to verify your delivery address in which we issued a replacement order that same day and to reach back out to us on June 11th if the replacement order does not arrive. We do show that a full refund was issued.

So worth the money!
I just received my book and it is AMAZING! I didn’t have huge expectations, I thought it would just be a simple but cute book with the photos I added, but I was so surprised with how gorgeous it was! The illustrations are BEAUTIFUL and the little story is so so cute. I loved that mine and my nieces names were included on every page and how personal it made it. Will definitely be ordering again if I have another special birthday to buy for!

Nice book, careless postage
Nice book, appears good quality however I deducted 1 star as I didn't appreciate the lack of care in postage.
Including postage this book was almost $60, that's not a cheap purchase and while luckily the book arrived with no damage, it was only in a cardboard satchel, no bubble wrap, no padding.. if it was raining or we had a heavy handed postie it could have been a different story.
I encourage your company to put more effort and care in the postage department.

I See Me - Snuggle Bunny
The book arrived quickly within 10 days. Ordered 26 Jan, Emailed me 1 Feb to advise shipping, arrived 5 Feb. Thankyou for great communication and quick service.
The book is well made and looks very nice. I really like the pictures and colours, they are as shown on the website. Bunnies look soft and gentle, background colours are bright, yet soft. It's a numbers book, about actions " Three times we both laugh, when we play peek-a-boo games". To enhance the number theme, it would have been better if there was also 3 things to count on the page.
Apart from that, it's a lovely book. The pictures of Snuggle the bunny, look the same as the soft toy rabbit I have bought to go with it. I'm sure this book and bunny will be a treasured gift.

Inconsistent and now disappointed
Broken tracking link and have now received the wrong book.
Which most likely means I now won’t receive my book in time for my nieces first birthday
UPDATE: they offered either a replacement or a refund. I opted into the replacement because as mentioned it’s for my baby niece. Regardless of their response below I have not received any offical response indicating that my replacement was created and dispatched.
Have followed up multiple times with their CS and the last response was they don’t receive tracking information…. Funny considering there is miraculously tracking provided in their response to this review!

The book is smaller that I thought it…
The book is smaller that I thought it would be and untracked postage was annoying. It ended up being delivered and left in the rain and all the pages are now rippled and water stain.
