Just bought KM010. Very smooth process. The sales people at Ishoppe made the experience absolutely pain free.

I used Ishoppe to purchase a Kenwood Chef kitchen machine. The delivery was really fast, ordered on bank holiday Monday and received on the Wednesday. The parcel was very well packaged with bubble wrap and strong tape. I was kept well informed of the order progress and delivery times. All in all, a very good transaction and I would definitely use this company again.

On ordering a Kenwood chef the tracking system shwed that it was sent out that day and that I had been upgraded to next day delivery. Brilliant. Its a pity that DPD couriers could not give the same service. They totally let down ishoppe I can only hope that ishoppee changes couriers.
I will definately shop with this company again.

Very happy with the product and arrived quickly. Only slight complaint is that the box was damaged as only had been packaged in a jiffy bag so obviously got thrown around in transit! It's a present so doesnt look as good as it could have done.

Stumble upon ishoppe on google and found they were the cheapest. Service and delivery was great. I would like to see more products and a greater range, but so far very good all round.

This company is all about provding what the customer wants, at a good price and in good time. I am a bit suspicious of these reviews but did have a look before buying. It turns out they were spot on. The courier messed up and so customer services got hold of them on a Friday afternoon, gave them a hard time, got them to turn around and come back and deliver within the hour. Really top class - they really were intent on customer satsifaciton and I will certainly be coming back with future orders. Many thanks guys.

I had never heard of the company before and I was a little hesitant. However, the prices quoted were right and I took a chance. Having now experienced their service I will look to use them in the future and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone. Well done. Top drawer.

Wow, what a service. I ordered a Coffee Maker on Tuesday evening and it was delivered today, Thursday. I was kept up to date with my order from start to finish.
