Customer service was non-existent. Local thieves (FedEx Express Lithuania) managed to steal my package, and the seller did not respond to any of my emails—I sent at least five regarding the situation. I only received a refund after one year, with the help of the European Consumer Centre.

These people are great. They never hesitate to give info that is asked, parts are shipped on time and you cannot beat their prices, even shipping to USA.

Needed to replace Air Compressor, Front/Rear Struts, Rear Upper Control Arms, price for OEM parts in Australia was too expensive, researched overseas Land Rover suppliers and decided to use Island 4x4 based on price and customer feedback, I am happy I decided to use this supplier, the price was very good, OEM parts supplied and only 9 days delivery from UK to central Australia to my door, items were very well packaged, no damage, all parts were exact and correct as per part numbers, I am very happy and would recommend this supplier without hesitation, good work Island 4x4..

Product was not manufactured correctly

Does not fit original Land Rover parts, can’t send product back as have no address to send it back to, unable to contact anyone and get no reply via email, do not buy from this seller.

Used to be good but the last year they have messed up on several orders, could phone them to put things right but now email only with no response! Ordered a couple of oil filters recently one had no o ring and the other was wrong filter! Several emails and a week later no response. I won't deal with island 4x4 again.

Have been dealing with island4x4 for many years (when on sheppy) then they moved to Maidstone and I must say that the service I haved received over the years has been very good. The delivery times have been very good with deliveries reaching me usually within a couple of days from ordering.
Overall their service, prices and products have been very good, And any problems I have had be it parts or refunds have been sorted out with excellent service!

FIRST CLASS SERVICE, GOOD COMMUNICATION. CAN'T FAULT ISLAND 4X4 IN ANYWAY AND HAD QUITE A FEW PARTS FROM THEM

Dpd sent me 5 emails for 5 days saying they were delivering. Waited 5 times and nothing. Can't get hold of island 4x4 by phone and they don't answer emails. Shocking service from both companies.

I purchased a Genuine Defender windscreen seal, when I tried to fit it the part was a lot too big. I contacted Island who stated that they were stopping selling the genuine ones as they were getting too many returned. They asked that I package the part so that they could organise for DPD to collect. A month later when nothing had happened I emailed but got no response. I therefore opened a dispute through my Credit Card company which they have disputed stating that it is my responsibility to get it to them, this is despite agreeing that they have had lots of problems with these seals and they would have it collected.

I found Island 4x4 through the web searching for Land Rover Defender Puma 2.2. spare parts.
Island 4x4 Kent is by far one of the cheapest and in stock parts in the net. They have a variety of options from Genuine, OEM and aftermarket.
So, I decided to place my first order with delivery of the products in Cyprus. Excellent service and price both in the spare parts and in their shipment quote.
I proceeded to a second order where an item, specifically a heater control valve, had a problem resulting in a breakdown.
I contacted the company where, after they contact the manufacturer, they have proceeded to a full refund.
There was a bit of a delay in the first response but after that everything went smoothly.
I am fully satisfied with the service and cooperation with these guys, and I definitely recommend the company for future orders.

Extremely helpful and cooperative staff willing to go the extra mile to answer any queries, no matter how mundane, in a extremely efficient and effective manner. Delivery time to Cyprus is excellent even for large items. The Fed Ex shipping costs utilised by 4 x 4 are by far the cost effective that I have come across to date. Prices seem to always under cut all of their competitors. A life line for ex-pats who have difficulty locating LR parts locally at competive prices.

Really happy with the advice and service I got from these guys. Emailed for advice on a EGR cooler and valve, very quick response with part number, price and delivery time. Delivery was super quick and really can’t fault them.

Hi i ordered through my son a 4Bolt Adwest Power Steering Box from Island4x4 wednesday16.10.2024 and it was delivered to me Friday 18.10.2024 all at a very good price .A big well done to ISLAND 4X4 and keep it up as i have two defenders and will get back again!Best regards
