Excellent service. Ordered a oil filter for my RR. Placed the order yesterday at 13:17 and arrived today 13:40. Can't ask for better service.

I had a very disappointing experience with Island 4x4 (Kent) Ltd. I ordered a set of air suspension struts (Discovery 4), but it arrived damaged. The seller claimed the damage was due to prolonged storage and agreed to send replacement parts if I paid for the shipping costs, which I did via PayPal. However, the communication throughout this process was extremely poor.

Despite several attempts to follow up I received no response confirming the shipment or providing an update on the delivery. They completely ignored my emails after payment was sent. This lack of response is unacceptable, especially after I followed all their instructions and paid promptly.

Additionally, the seller claims that these parts are original BWI components. However, they have not provided any proof to substantiate these claims, which raises concerns about the authenticity and quality of the products they sell.

Given this overall experience—damaged parts, lack of communication, and no proof of authenticity—I will never order from them again. I would advise others to be cautious when considering this seller. Very bad service.

After noticing some bad reviews on here i was hesitant to use this shop. I emailed Sam and his responses was great. I decided to give it a go. They had the products I wanted in stock and was ready to ship to New Zealand. I received my products promptly.

Been ordering some parts for a front steering rebuild on a 25yr Disco 2, helpful and had all the bits!

Prompt response to email enquiry to source a particular oil seal. Online payment made and despatch was confirmed as immediate. Top service. Thanks

Lack of response really useless

I’ve had no trouble at all, ordered a substantial value of parts and they came on time perfectly packaged both times. Friendly courier both times. Had a question, rang up for advice my call was answered I wasn’t rushed on the phone. I emailed as I was an invoice missing, email straight back the same day with a pdf of the invoice. No complaints whatsoever from me, cheapest Britparts around. I would definitely recommend Island 4x4.

Had a problem with a badly manufactured part. Unfortunately, due to Brexit, there are loads of potential issues with sending it back and forth to Europe. Sales couldn't have been more helpful and, once I'd agreed to get local machine shop to fix the problem, I had a full refund.
That's the way to do it!

Couldn’t do the decent thing.
Courier lost the ordered item and Island 4x4 just kept saying that DPD are investigating.
My contract was with island not DPD. I shouldn’t have to pay. This has had a big impact on my travel and now my work and will go on for who knows how long, as I can’t afford to purchase another item until I get a refund.
Judging by the amount of negative reviews on trustpilot, I doubt island 4x4 care.
I won’t be using them again. Buyer beware.

Recieved wrong part in correct box. Said they would order a replacement. After nearly 30 days chased them to be told Landrover had sent them a replacement which also had the wrong part in the box (unlikely). Then said they would collect wrong part and then refund. Basically just dragging their feet. Now opening a case with PayPal, DO NOT USE this company !!!

UPDATE: Finally gave up with this company as they wouldn't refund until I paid to return the wrong part and wouldn't order another replacement. Ended up out of pocket for a completely wrong item to what I ordered. AVOID THIS COMPANY !!!

Stupidly I ordered something from this website without doing as instructed and checking with them first as it was special order. Needn't have worried though as when I did check, they had already ordered it and it would be delivered to me in a couple of days. True to their word it was - Good communication throughout and at a good price too. Excellent service received, thank you very much

Received a broken expensive part with no signs of mishandling, however, Island 4x4 does not respond to emails or messages. This is not the first time I have had issues with them, but Island 4x4 always avoid responsibilities. I am done with this seller and I am not recommending anyone to do business with them.

Received a Range Rover broken part due to poor packaging, was very expensive cost £459.99 + tax and is useless as broken,no response to numerous emails and calls, tried emailing and calling multiple times for several days, They still have not sent me a return form. I am currently seriously out of pocket because of this firm. SUGGEST OTHERS BUY FROM ANOTHER FIRM USE ONE THAT HAS SOME ACTUAL SERVICE, THAT HONOR RETURNS POLICIES, AND THAT USE PROPER PACKAGING.

I ordered 1 single part value of £70 with delivery 7/12/23, no part has arrived, tried emails no response, phone calls at multiple times of the day no answer. Would never recommend this company EVER TO ANYONE.

Selling items they do not have.
They never answer their phone. Try ringing them, it’s a joke.
I complain and chase the item and they “refund” me. Except so far no refund has arrived. Assume it will at some stage but they can’t even get that right.
Left me stranded with a car on a ramp for goodness how l while I find the parts again.
Appalling company with zero interest in customer service.
