A very pleasant experience ordering from Island 4x4 Kent. They kept me informed of the order progress and when the items were in stock shipped the next day before 10 am. When I opened the box there was a copy of the Landy news paper. A lovely touch. Thank you very much.

Informative at every stage of the on line ordering process. Packed well and delivered within 48 hours of a weekend order. Quality part that fitted perfectly and saved me £££’s in comparison to other suppliers.

Bought a replacement washer reservoir. When examining vehicle, item not needed so attempted to return - no answer to emails, phone or other communication. Disappointing

Not as good as they used to be. Cant get anyone to answer the phone. Ordered item..with in hours wanted to cancel, called emailed only to find the next day its been dispatched.. courier left safe item went missing. Island4x4 no help what so ever.

Just bought led lights no problems with the ordering, seamless delivery arrived a day early. Faultless service will use again

Ordered £300 of parts 22 march still not recieved 2nd may don't reply to emails don't answer phone...... Go elsewhere..

Ordered multiple times, worst since he hasn't got a walk in shop. Parcels have been lost with delivery service and replacement also lost. Ordered again for a small part and no delivery again
Had to order somewhere else! Not happy don't understand why you can't walk in and get it ourselves

I ordered twelve bearings on the Wednesday, requested delayed delivery because of an unexpected appointment on the Thursday (which was acknowledged) and they were here on Friday morning. Perfect.

made order and paied for 2 sets of glowplug DA1057.. received ONLY One set in addition must paied custom duty 30€ on delivery..send 4 e-mail at island 4x4

Received half of my order, 3 month after stil waiting for the second half which is in stock or for refund, despite several request by mail no answer or explanation.
Would not buy again here nore recommand.

Really good at taking money and shipping parts. But it goes to pot when you have a warranty issue. Seldom reply to emails, phone rings and rings, most emails get ignored. Very frustrating when the sales part of it goes so well. But in my opinion not worth the risk if they can't follow up after.

We are so grateful for the speedy and professional service that we had from Island 4x4 as we prepared for an overland journey from the UK to Morocco.

We were in desperate need of a new half shaft and it arrived so quickly!

Recently made 2 rather large orders of parts for my Land Rover from Island 4x4 and I have to say the service was great.

Ordered it all on there website and where the orders were quite large I was expecting a 3-4 days delay for shipping etc they were with me the next day.

I did notice one of the parts was faulty due to a manufacturing defect but contacted them as soon as I found out and Sam got it replaced and sorted virtually straight away and a replacement arrived the next day again.

Will be safe to say I will be using this business for all my Land Rover parts from now on!!

I was recommended by a work colleague who said “island 4/4 were good”.
I found them, emailed them. I got a link reply and ordered my Land Rover parts.
I can recommend them for being quick and affective.

Excellent pricing for the Range rover sensor, good communication and an easy site to navigate.

Island 4x4 is worthless. Don't trust these guys, they just send me an old rusty and dirty boost pin, instead of a new item.

Ordered few parts yesterday and came with 22 hours next day all parts are right always first port of call for land rover parts thanks

So far the best feedback I `ve received from the various suppliers, my orders goes to Island 4x4.
