Brilliant. Recommended by a friend and bingo. After 2 deliveries of wrong front brake pads by Europarts i gave these guys a go and correct pads arrived today. I also ordered a genuine Oil filter which as with the pads were pretty good value! Nice they have the genuine and pattern parts to choose from in many cases! Will use them next time!

Excellent service and outstanding prices. Not only that, I was able to find a P38 radius arm bushing tool to press new bushings. Makes an impossible job possible, not necessarily easy but possible. They went out of their way to supply me with a Kent cam that they ordinarily didn't stock. All shipped DHL to California without incident, Thank you Gentlemen

Ordered a genuine LR part and when it arrived it was already damaged. Sent them photos of it still in the bag and was told it would be collected and refunded. A week later it's still sat in my hallway and no response to emails from Island... terrible service. A competitor who I ordered parts from at the same time, supplied a replacement part before Island had even answered the first email. Just intent on holding onto your money. Now the 23rd July, part was collected on 8th July and STILL NO REFUND. This just seems like a total scam to me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO GET WHAT YOU ORDERED.

No problem to deal with. Fast on answering to the email requests. I do understand, big orders takes time to process them. I do recommend. The only thing, might be good to consider, use of the DHL Express shipping as the alternate shipping method. Thank you.

Purchased an expensive part that failed shortly after being installed and on enquiry about warranty was told to send the part back. Requested the form required by Island 4x4 to return the item and radio silence. My conclusion is that the substance of the deal is that there is no warranty and if the part fails, it’s your loss. Compare this to FCP Euro which offers lifetime guarantee on parts supplied.

Perfect. Good prices, fast shipping. No problem for export in France. The carrier is efficient. Will buy again.

The good part is the parts were cheap and the delivery was in about 2 days from ordering, but it went downhill from there, I decided to return one of the items from my order which you have to email them for a copy of the returns form for, no answer to phone calls, no reply to my email after a week and a half emailed them again finally got a returns form. Sent the item back they received the parcel on a Monday, messaged on the Wednesday to see about my refund, it was the following monday after I'd had to email them again before I got a response. Don't get me wrong I know people can be busy but that is just ridiculous and not good enough in my eyes sorry but they may be cheap but don't think I'll be using them again

Terrible company. Over 6 weeks since they sent me a damaged part and still not resolved. Not answering the phone and not responding to emails. Probably best to avoid this company if you don't want to be left out of pocket.
