Quick reply on mail and always good service

After being badly let down on delivery from another sell known LR supplier I searched around and found Island-4x4.
What great service, I ordered the parts on Thursday afternoon, half expecting them to arrive early next week. To my surprise they arrived on Saturday morning, the bonus being they used a reputable courier company.

I have been dealing with the Company for some years now, the Sales department is always helpful, parts are well priced and service to Melbourne - Australia cannot be faulted. I recommend Island 4x4 to all LR owners.

Ordered Discovery 2 Air Springs Fri afternoon (20th Aug) about 3.00pm. Didn't expect them till the following week. Was gobsmacked when they turned up lunchtime next day! This is top notch service! Very pleased.

What a service! I emailed a parts enquiry during the closed hours of the weekend, I received a reply 6 mins after opening time on Monday morning.
I placed my order at 0834 on Monday 19th July 2021 and my part was delivered 23 hours 24 minutes later what better service can you ask for.

Ordered and paid for a part. Unfortunately it was defective and returned which they claim to have never received. Item with the same series number delisted for sale and then they claim that the item doesn’t exist and they used an old photograph. Of course you did.

Excellent service from these guys. Always polite and helpful even when I made a mistake and they are now trying to help me with my next purchase (the mistake)

They don't respond to warranty claims. Nobody there after many attempts.
I bought a propshaft for a Defender that broke down in less than 1000 km. They advertised it as OEM and with 2 years warranty.
Why a company would choose to go down this way is beyond my comprehention.

Bought a product for my Series 2 which wasn’t quite right. Island 4x4 Kent helped out with some advice and directed me to a supplier even though there was nothing in it for them. Very helpful sales team - thank you.

Wow. What fantastic service. A google search for an idler pulley for my Thor V8 brought up a number of ‘the usual suspects’. Once again, Island 4x4 (Kent) Ltd came up the cheapest. And it arrived the following day. It was exactly as advertised, no extra or hidden costs, and it works perfectly. Even though they are on the opposite side of the country from me, I am so glad I chose to use Island 4x4. I will happily use them again.
Oh, I forgot to mention, I have no association or connection with Island 4x4, so this isn’t a false review.

AVOID!!Nearly a month after placing large order of gearbox parts and asked for update 2 weeks later and was told no eta and would look into it....no reply, email them again 12 days later and was more interested in refunding me than looking into it.
