Jamie was great at helping us choose everything we needed for our en suite and had some really helpful ideas for things we hadn’t considered. He is knowledgeable and never tried to over sell or convince us we needed something that we didn’t. We never felt rushed so would definitely recommend island bathrooms and Jamie as your consultant !

Island bathroom's in boscombe Bournemouth, couldn't be happier from the moment we walked in to the moment our loo was fitted,the staff in the showroom are all great happy people with no hard selling,the delivery turned up on time when they said they would deliver it and the fitter was such a nice bloke who turned up and got on with the job turned up and 8.30am was finished by 11am very happy and would recommend them to anyone

Being elderly, my wife and I decided to convert our 'family bathroom' into a Shower Room, in order to provide for possible future skeletal movements.
As a result, we contacted a local contractor (Gary Fisk at 'Inspire') who subsequently referred us to 'Island Bathrooms'.
With an initial approach to 'Waterworks' (with trepidation), we were respectfully, with a smile, and politely (a very good start) greeted by Stacey Goodman.
Stacey, professionally, directed us to the items that Gary Fisk had discussed with us on our inititial discussion, and we eventually left feeling reasonably satisfied that our initial ideas/thoughts had been satisfied.
Having received a quotation, from Inspire, We subsequently returned to Waterworks to ascertain exactly what we were going to install in our new Shower Room.
Our reception, our meeting with Stacey again, was perfect, and she was able to show us exactly what we had ordered, making additions and removals as required from the original quotation, and leaving us with a high degree of satisfaction.
We have to say that Stacey is an complete asset to your organisation; and, as a result, we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Waterworks, and particularly, Stacey, to anyone requiring help in creating thoughts of renewing their existing domestic arrangements.

I have been very happy with Island…
I have been very happy with Island bathrooms/Waterworks. Things didn’t go smoothly which was no-one’s fault. But when problems arose they were dealt with as much urgency as I could have hoped for. I would like to mention 2 members of staff in particular Jaye from Waterworks and the delivery driver Adam from Island Bathrooms who were always so pleasant and efficient.

I have found the whole experience easy and both pleasantly and professionally managed . This shop sold me a second hand damaged…
This shop sold me a second hand damaged tap for 109 pounds… Plumber was adamant it had been used for to debris and rubbish being inside it.. The manager was horrible and very determined to not listen to me.. saying no way would he even offer me a half refund… disgusting post service help… Avoid this company.. I gave them thousands of my money for my bathroom and they treated me with contempt over a rubbish tap they sold me

We would like to clarify a few points that were not included in your description of the situation.
We have searched our records going back over 10 years and found no orders exceeding more than £248.00 from yourself. We can confirm also that you paid £99 for the Brushed Brass Bath Shower Mixer and not £109. This was a brand-new item taken from our warehouse.
Debris found in the tap on installation can be quite common due to the disturbance of sediment in the water system, flushing this out is normal practice.
We understand that this has now been cleared and the tap is functioning correctly.
To clarify we do not sell second-hand taps and have never operated in that market. Your request for a 50% refund was declined as the product supplied was new and not faulty.
If you would like to discuss the matter further, please feel free to contact us directly and we will be happy to assist.

She went above and beyond when the original item went astray in the Evri transport system. Another item was dispatched and just arrived. Jaye was absolutely wonderful and after a couple of conversations about the style, budget and look I wanted, she put together a design.
It was exactly as I had pictured on my head and I love it more each time I use it.
