I found what I needed on the website but wanted to check details. I spoke with Stacey and she couldn't have done more to help. Within minutes I had photos emailed to me so I could visually check the item was correct and it was in the post that day. I received the item within 24 hours and I'm not local to Island Bathrooms. I honestly don't think they could have done anything better. I work in an environment that needs things asap and this is the service you hope to receive from all suppliers. Thanks again Stacey

Placed our order on 10th May with units due for delivery Early June, When we contacted them to chase the order hadn't been processed causing us project delays. Staff were helpful however in getting this resolved.

Most helpful in providing me with information and assistance to replace a broken shower part which was purchased over 4 years ago without additional payment needed.

We have always had excellent service from Island Bathrooms, products are of good quality and a lot of choice and they are so helpful, very speedy response to any queries. Lorraine from customer service is there to help and assist in anyway she can, an asset to the company. Thank you Island Bathrooms and a special thank you to Lorraine.

We have always gone to Island Bathrooms over the years in Salisbury. Fantastic showroom and really helpful staff. Jamie Lingham was our assistant just recently and he was happy, informed and gave us great service.

Stacey helped us to kit out a bathroom and toilet and made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. She really went above and beyond to find suitable items to fit all of our needs (we had quite specific requirements!) even when we changed our mind halfway through about colour.

It was so nice to be able to confidently leave it in someone else’s hands and know it was all taken care of. Would happily recommend her to anyone and would use Island Bathrooms again if we ever needed to. 5 star service :)

I’m happy to say I’ve been dealing with Island bathrooms for the last seven years for all my bathroom supplies excellent service. Specially if I ever had any problems, Lorraine will put extra effort in to sort it, so it doesn’t make me a problem and specially my customer 10 out of 10

Ashley was very professional and helpful. He took time to listen to what we would like and then was able to show us relevant products that would fit in with the water system we had in our house. He took time to explain everything to us and no question was too small. We did not feel rushed or pushed into any decisions. Would definitely recommend Ashley and Island Bathrooms to anyone who wanted bathroom products.

This is the 2nd time, in so many years that we have used Island Bathrooms, both times they have been impressive throughout the process. Simon Crane, who I cannot recommend highly enough, translated our random ideas into 3 beautiful bathrooms. He has been designing bathrooms for many years and it shows, he is hugely experienced and knowledgeable, he offered ideas, made suggestions and accommodated any changes we made during the process. He recommended the bathroom fitters, Design me a bathroom, (Justin Perrett) and just like the last time the whole team went above and beyond expectation. They were always on had to ask exactly where we wanted, things such as the exact location of lighting and depth of recess (for my bottles!) to ensure we had the bathroom we wanted. They were always clean, tidy and super friendly, a truly amazing professional team. I feel very fortunate to have had such a fantastic experience, given the horror stories of some of my friends.

Just put an order in for Shower door, Shower panels, Shower tray and a towel rail. Excellent advice from Josh. Very helpful and professional. Gave us time to make a decision with out any pressure. Plenty of choice at very good prices.

We thought the display was outstanding helping us to narrow our ideas on what we wanted. We then approached Josh Brown who help us narrow it further and gave us excellent advice on the pros and cons of the final options. His guidance through the purchasing process was outstanding and we are looking forward to receiving our shower screen before Christmas. Thank you very much.

PLEASANT MANNER AND QUICK RESPONSE TO MY ORDER
