Having never undertaken any big projects in the home, I was feeling rather daunted about how to get started with my bathroom re-fit. As soon as I started chatting to Paul (Sutton) in the Holdenhurst Road branch of Island Bathrooms, I felt much more at ease. Paul measured up the bathroom and talked me through all the options. He was mindful throughout of my budget and helped me to choose accordingly. The whole process became much less daunting and when Paul showed me the design he'd made on his computer, it all became very real and exciting! I'm very pleased with the finished result. One of the boxes of LVT was slightly damaged in delivery, and Matt (Webb) quickly organised a replacement and work on the bathroom wasn't delayed. I would definitely recommend Island Bathrooms for a stress-free, smooth and in fact enjoyable experience of designing your bathroom.

My bathroom designer, Paul Sutton was brilliant from start to finish. His knowledge of the products meant the finished bathroom optimises the space perfectly.
Nothing was too much trouble for him. Visits to the showroom were always productive and his knowledge meant the right products were chosen for the space I had.

Paul Sutton at the Bournemouth branch comes highly recommended from us. Paul helped us with our new en suite design, particularly to make it a workable design for the footprint as is smaller than the main bathroom. Paul listens to what you want and need, doesn’t try to sell you what you don’t want, and offers creative and workable solutions.

Kirsty (Salisbury) helped us from start to finish in the design of our tiny ensuite in a loft conversion. The space was going to be difficult and we had a budget to stick to, but with her help and insights the process was as stress free as possible and we have a fantastic looking shower room. Impeccable customer service and quality of goods at very reasonable prices. Would highly recommend

The extensive showrooms displayed many items. As we considered our options, it was useful to sit and talk with Tonia. Her detailed knowledge assisted us in selecting fittings, flooring, cabinets etc.
Tonia's accurate planning resulted in the best use of the limited space available, and we now have a well appointed shower room just as we had envisaged.

Island Bathrooms supplied everything for our main bathroom, 2 en-suites and a cloakroom. The service from Simon Whitelock in helping us make the right decisions through to Lorraine Dowden who handled the admin to ensure we had all the warranties has been exceptional. I would highly recommend the whole team.

Everyone at Island Bathrooms have been very helpful and professional from the very beginning of our project up to end. We had complete refurbishment of two bathrooms. We received great advice on layout and products. Unfortunately, some of the items arrived damaged, scratched and wrong colour however this came from the manufacturer and Island Bathrooms health with it promptly.

Paul Sutton specified a bathroom suite for us back in June and now it's been installed and working for a couple months I wanted to give you some feedback.

Firstly we are very pleased with the design you came up with, the fittings are lovely and feel "quality". Overall we couldn't be happier with the bathroom suite; wall hung basin and WC, bath, shower and towel radiator. We only had one minor issue with the shower screen, a manufacturing issue not a supply issue, and that was resolved promptly by Lorraine.

All-in-all we couldn't be happier with the service Island Bathroom gave us.

I had an issue with a bathroom beaker holder, the inner seal insert had started to break up.
I called Island bathrooms and spoke to Lorraine Dowden. within a couple of days I received a new seal, plus spare. Excellent customer service. Thanks to Lorraine Dowden.

Inese and Stacey at Bathrooms @ No5 have been very helpful in sourcing things for my new bathroom. They have gone above and beyond in making sure everything arrived when needed .
They also made some very good design suggestions for products that fitted in with my scheme, and were very good prices.
Will definitely shop with them again.
