Jamie Lingham is an excellent salesman. He's very personable, patient, knowledgeable and professional. He is definitely is making our bathroom renovation journey, so far, far smoother and more enjoyable compared to before we had his expertise at hand. He is an asset to Island Bathrooms Salisbury. Cannot recommend him enough!

Having accepted a quote from our installers (SGS) we were unsure what the equipment was and were advised to visit Island Bathrooms to view the equipment. Ashley was very helpful, knowledgable and very proffesional. He understood our concerns and advised us on the pros and cons of our various choices and ammended our order accordingly. The showroom at Salisbury was well laid out and was a pleasure to visit. No hard sell, every idea thoughtfully explained. we left knowing that our ensuite was going to be wonderful after the experience we had with Island Bathrooms. Very excited.

Island bathrooms couldn't have been more helpful in communicating about my order of bathroom vanity, finding replacement parts and even helping to deliver to me. They've been brilliant and I hope to use them again in the future.

Island Bathrooms provided an excellent service. They have a good quality range of products for differing budgets. Ashley was extremely knowledgeable and helped with appropriate suggestions, understanding just what we wanted and/or needed. We had an idea about what we were looking for but didnt know where to start and the team at Island Bathrooms looked after us from the moment we walked into the showroom. They explained our options, gave us lots of choice, listened to what we wanted and came up with plans for a fantastic new bathroom. The pricing was reasonable and we are really looking forward to our installation. Tonia has been really helpful , easy to contact and has been happy to speak directly to our installers and tile suppliers to make everything seamless. We have been delighted with the service so far.

We were directed to Island through our fitter and Paul Sutton was so helpful and always coming up with ideas to help us. All of the products are lovely quality and we are thrilled with the results. Looking forward to dealing with them again on future projects and highly recommend.

We needed to restyle our tired bathroom to an accessible shower room as I am partially disabled. We were recommended Island Bathrooms by our plumber/heating engineer and were not disappointed. we dealt with Paul Sutton at the Bournemouth showroom who was extremely helpful. They supplied all our sanitary ware plus grab rails and shower seat. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Very rude. I asked a gentleman working there about the price of one of there toilets, he asked a lady working there as he didn’t know the price. The lady replied “ too much money”.
The worst customer service experience I ever had since long time

We worked with Tonia at Island bathrooms who was very helpful, quick to respond and flexible when we changed our minds several times. They have nice things in there and unbeatable prices. Recommend.

I have had exceptional service, Tonia has the patience of a saint having changed my mind on colour several times. Stacey also had a hand in my final choice for which I thank her. I cannot praise this company enough.

Helpful staff delivered into warehouse as promised

Having been recommended to go to Island Bathroom, I wasn't disappointed. Paul walked us round the show room and helped design and choose all the details then put together a drawing and a quote it was as simple as that after making a few alterations.

Polite, helpful and knowledgeable staff who listened to our requirements and who were able to provide a solution that matched our vision for our new bathroom. Ashley was able to provide input that turned our ideas in to a practical solution.

We have used Island Bathrooms for quite a number of projects over the years and always been greatly satisfied with the end result. Last year’s project took a while to complete due to circumstances but a transformation in creating a Jack and Jill shower room between two double bedrooms is proving to be a winner. Excellent care from Simon Whitelock, nothing too much trouble when planning and replanning.

Recently had a new bathroom installed by Island Bathrooms @ Bournemouth and the install team “Design me a Btahroom.Com”. The task was really quite involved - a very old house, uneven floors and walls.

Great communication, regular updates. I was very impressed by Simon Whitelock @ Island Bathrooms. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and clearly understands the business well.

The installation team used by Island Bathrooms consisted of Justin and his team, Vincent and Julio. They all worked extremely hard, explaining any issues as the work progressed. Cleary issues are going to arise. As they did Simon and Justin explained all available options to resolve, nothing was too much trouble. The results look fantastic and so professional. I highly recommend Island Bathrooms to you.
