I ordered something for £39 and it had been posted to my neighbours and when I picked up the package it was empty... I rang Isme and got transferred through to the correct person and got my refund straight away which was amazing, I wasnt expecting it to be so easy...

I always use Isme and think they are a great company!

I ordered two items from Isme. One I did not like and sent back. Nothing wrong with it. Just not me. The other one, I was told a few weeks later, was no longer available. Although I was disappointed I think the Company did very well and rang with either an automated message to let me know what was happening or I actually spoke to a person who apologised that the item was no longer available. I find the website very easy to negotiate. I like the Isme clothes and will definitely be visiting the site again. I would recommend them as they really seem to care for their customers. That should get me 10% off my next order.

Having placed our first order with this company we was under the impreshion everything would got smooth, placed an order and paid via our credit card, few days later we got an email to say our application was rejected, i called up Isme to find out what the email was about as we paid for this item with our credit card, the lady said our application was rejected and we say what application we did not ask for application for credit we paid by our credit card, she should not get to the point and then the next thing she put me to another department not even tell us what she was going to do, and the other person was the frauds department, i said to them why have i been put to this department she said they had declined the order. when asked to talk to a manager they said no managers are available. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE DELT WITH MY BANK CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY DID THIS STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ITS DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE DELT WITH.

Ordered 3 items from isme in a 3 for 2 offer, arrived a few days later and it turns out one of the things they've sent me is completely the wrong thing (must have been mislabelled in warehouse). Fine - I thought I'll just let them know and they can swap it for the correct thing. Oh no - they can't do that. No logical reason why, just can't. I'll have to reorder the missing item they say. I tell them I don't want to do this as i will then have to pay full price rather than using 3 for 2, and it's cheaper elsewhere. Also, why should I have to?? So they say send it back and we'll refund you. Fine.

Send it back and check my account a few days later to discover they're now charging me more! (complicated reasons due to another introductory offer now being invalid as I'd returned something) So they were now charging me more than double the price I was originally paying when I actually only had 2 out of 3 items! Despite me discussing this with them in length. So I had to phone them again. 40 minutes on the phone with rude customer service people telling me my only way out of this ridiculous situation was for them to place another order for the missing item which they'd have to charge me full price for again. Only when I received it could I call them up AGAIN and then they would adjust my account.

I had no choice but to agree to this, but then my account was not adjusted correctly, so had to have yet another lengthy phone call.

Finally sorted, but ludicrous hassle for me because of their mistake that they couldn't sort out. No offer of remuneration for all the time (hour and a half total on phone and email) it took me to sort it out when I had done nothing wrong.

To top it off, as soon as they've got your phone number, expect persistent unsolicited sales calls from the shop direct group.

My worst customer experience ever!! I just want out now, but apparently my request to close my account has to be sent to a "specialist team" to deal with.

Utterly, utterly appalling.

Web site down all day 28/11/2014 an absolute disgrace

Ordered my items came next day what a great service.

Ordered 8 items 5 came the next as promised. Carefully packaged. A pleasant & polite delivery person who wished me a pleasant day. Was not expecting the delivery so soon so pleasing to receive it. Easy way to send back if you have any reason to. Confirmation email to say my delivery was on its way. Couldn't really ask for more. Have already recommended Isme to friends & family.

Really pleased - arrived on time and well packed! Jacket was good quality and good fit at a good price!

Next day delivery is great- if delivered to your own house! My parcel went to a neighbour, and a card wasn't put in my door. Thank you neighbours, for being so honest! I won't be using Isme again.

Beware of this company if you have a complaint! I have been trying to resolve a complaint re charges added incorrectly to my account for almost two months with still no resolution, they haven't even answered my initial query! I constantly get promises that I will receive a response within three days and that the specialist team are looking into the issue, these responses are just re sent every time I chase the complaint.

I would not recommend this company to anyone, they are fine so long as you don't complain, when you do they are not interested in the least.

Avoid this company at all costs!

I was feeling a wee bit fed up and decided to browse the isme catalogue. In less than a week I had brightened up my living room and I felt much better. The service is excellent, no hassle, no fuss just straight forward from order desk to my house in a few days. Can't ask for much more thanx
