Excellent service with free delivery and returns! You receive a text when your order is ready to collect. I ordered a dress and I received it the next day, you can't get better that that!

Terrible experience: They are clearly a company people don't recommend, yet I went ahead and ordered a chaise lounge which I liked the style of. Big mistake! I was given a delivery date when it will arrive. On the date, I did not get a call in the expected time of arrival. On calling them, the customer service rep was totally clueless and extremely inefficient. He said the delivery company has no such item in their roster and had no clue if and when the item will be delivered!!!
They have charged me a late fee of £12 on a delayed payment, yet I doubt if I'll get any compensation for the delayed delivery, if and when that happens.

Please don't have any expectations from ISME for either deliveries being on the day guaranteed or then getting any reliable help from customer services. Also please don't expect them to respect your confidentiality as they are likely to respond to any query you send by email to a different member of your family and then not respond to your complaint. If you order something at a discount prize it is likely to be cancelled and re ordered at the full price and will require numerous phone calls to get a price match, and still may not be successful. As you may have gathered I am not at all impressed with their service.

One angry and fed up customer who cannot be bothered complaining again as you don not get a response.

We ordered two mattresses and a bunk bed several weeks ago. So far the wrong mattresses were delivered and rather than collect them and send the right ones, we have to return these and place a new order.

When the mattresses were delivered I got in touch via email and got two replies with very different responses. One was helpful (ish) and the other was useless.

The bed is out of stock and delivery dates keep getting moved out every week.

When we spoke to someone to get the mattresses returned we were told the delivery company had marked the beds delivered so they had to be reordered too. When I look at my account the original order was there so who knows what the truth is.

The only reason I have it 2 stars is trustpilot says 1 star is generally for companies that give rude responses.

Ordered a coat at 8 pm on a Friday night and it was ready for collection by Collect+ method at my local shop around the corner by 10.30am the next morning. Great service. Thank you.

My vacuum cleaner was delivered to a collection point a stone's throw from my home, early the following morning, and is exactly as described. Full marks for both product and service!

i ordered a new fridge freezer and used my discount code for a discount. they didnt apply it and also when i told them about it - they said they would help out but weeks later i am still not any better off

Item rtnd to me advising not in acceptable condition. Rang and advised to email. 6 or 7 emails later, including photographic evidence, that still haven't answered my questions or provided a rtn address or complaints dept contact. They only appear to be able to cope with one sentence answers! will be closing my account and would not recommend.

I love my Isme. The clothes are fabulous and the home furnishings outstanding. Delivery is very quick, ordering one day delivery the next.
I love the variety on offer, and the easy way to return if you decide you dont want the item. If you need to contact customer services they are friendly professional and aim to resolve any problems you may have. An all round perfect way to shop!

Superb service. We order probably 10 times a year from this company, usually taking interest free deal for one year for larger purchases, computers, TV, furniture, bed etc (we have been slowly refurbishing and upgrading our flat).

Example - we bought some solid oak furniture, 3 pieces, coffee table, console table and tall chest of drawers. Quality is really really good and prices are close to half of oak furniture land prices.

If you are selective the deals available can be excellent. Look at the reviews, compare prices and be an intelligent shopper and great deals are possible.

Stuff comes on time, bills are correct, on the odd occasion you need to return all is fine.

So in summary, enthusiastic recommendation.

Poor - very lengthy delivery times & still fail to meet them! Ordered a laptop which didn't arrive in 15 days as promised and was then expected to wit at least another 2 weeks - cancelled!!

I ORDERED A READY ASSEMBLED TV UNIT IT CAME FAULTY I HAD TO WAIT 5 WEEKS FOR IT TO GET UPLIFTED AND SOME OF THE ADVISORS I SPOKE TO THERE ATTITUDE STANK AND IT COST ME A FORTUNE IN PHONECALLS

Excellent service, could not believe how quickly items arrived. My coat in particular is absolutly lovely, I love it and really good value.

Worst customer service possible. Robot generic answers via e-mail and phone... Prices are extortionate. Hidden fees always apply so expect the unexpected with any shop direct company. Products are usually of a poor quality (clothes and gym equipment that I have purchased have had a problem with them 50% of the time). Would never use again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Everything I have ordered has been good quality and true to size any returns gave been handled and credited in a timely manner. I would recommend this site to anyone.
