Good purchase - saved time creating the list of questions but not great, since I'm tweaking the document to make it more usable for multiple audit scopes. Glad that we made the purchase!

We have purchased the First Time…
We have purchased the First Time Implementation Template and the 18 QMS Procedures and we were very pleased. However, we tried many times to get a few questions answered by them. Super difficult to get help from them. I would have given them a 5 star if they would talk to us about a few questions we have. The question we had:... Is the First Time Implementation Quality Manual Template the same as the Transition Template Quality Manual?

Using a misleading way to lure buyers to buy and find out that it is needed to pay more for more information which was meant to be expectation. And it will keep going to ask for payment and giving bits by bits. No transparency in the list of price and contents. Felt cheated.
