The product provided is really good
The product provided is really good. The Maual and associated procedures and forms are very concise and clear. They also meet the requirements of the standards all the way. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is I needed to ask their online helper questions but no response. So I took a gamble on the purchase without knowing the answers.

The ISO bundle of three standards that I bought did not contain the most important items like CAP report, project plan etc. for which I wanted the bundle. I was deceived to think the bundle will have ALL templates and docs but it didn't. Very sad to have been deceived to buy the bundle and get little or nothing.

Thank you for review. The integrated (9001, 14001 & 45001) procedure bundle that you purchased includes the Corrective Action Report (Folder 2) and Corrective Action Tracker (Folder 6). It does not however include the project plan. The project plan is not advertised as being part of the package you purchased, so we feel that you were not deceived. The components of the template packages are clearly described on our website. Had you contacted us regarding your need for a project plan, I'm sure that we could have emailed you a copy for free.

90% of the contents were accurate & applicable to ISO procedures and implementation. However, there were a few grammar and spelling need to be corrected. I will have given 5 stars if corrections on the grammar and spelling are not needed.
