Friendly and helpful, sorted out my problem and delivered to my home

The whole team at "IT 4 Home" are excellent i would highly recommend them. They are very fast, efficient, friendly and have always solved any issues in no time at all.

Whenever we have a problem with our Dell computer,which they installed and delivered,they always help us to solve any ongoing problems. We are now on our second Dell computer and have been happy customers for several years.

Home delivery and collection was super and the problems with the Surface Pro were resolved, resulting in my machine being returned fully operational with the data intact following a fatal crash of the operating system. The recovery was handled by Tom who kept in touch with the recovery process. Highly recommended

Brilliant - straightforward, helpful and very efficient.

The staff were very helpful and engaging, and immediately diagnosed the problem with my laptop. As a small business without a dedicated IT team, it is enormously comforting to know that I have access to IT experts whenever I have an issue. The only reason I have not given five stars is that there was a small issue processing my monthly charge, but that was quickly resolved.

I am very happy with both the computer I purchased from 'WeAreYourIt' and the efficiency with which they set it up and running according to my needs in my office. It was a bit more expensive to purchase the computer from this company compared to PC World, but then they saved me the same amount on the software purchase, so altogether it worked out well in terms of cost. As a person that has to 'look around' and find out about everything before I buy, I decided that 'WeAreYourIt' was the best local company from which to purchase, install as well as maintain my computer.

IT 4 Home took great care and patience in repairing my PC. They kept me informed at every stage and provided alternative solutions and gave good, sound advice. As a result, my PC performance has improved and it no longer crashes.

Very friendly service and they pick up your laptop and deliver it home. They were quick and efficient and gave me some advice about new laptops.
