On 24th of October everything was fine,come Sunday my computer was in a mess I checked and found I had 9 automatic downloads over the 2 days at 79 I
did depend on Edge for different accounts and passwords all gone overnight.
After days of using trouble shooter I got nowhere so called IT4 Home as I had used them before and had been great,we tried team viewer but this was a real problem so they came and took it away fix it and returned it, they are so nice and very reasonable.However Microsoft have added so many new bits its like starting again so had to call again, IT4 HOME fixed the problem over the phone and would take nothing.

Getting good home IT support nowadays is minefield, as I know to my cost. I have been a personal customer for IT 4 Home for quite a few years now and have always found them to be extremely helpful and polite - even when giving advice over the 'phone to a computer illiterate like me! They have even gone out of their way to help when I purchased a new laptop and wanted all the data from my old laptop transferring over and my new laptop setting up. They were brill!
