It's a scam. It's been 4 weeks and still my order hasn't arrive. No response to chat,nor email.

i have bought gold many times from them but now they have started scaming ppl. I bought gold for 75£ and they scammed me..

i brought 10000 archeage gold from them and After been waiting 2 WEEKS for my order. Live-chat not work,not reply my email, SCAM SITE,DO NOT BUY GOLD FROM ITEMGARDEN! SCAMMED!!SCAMMED!!

One of the main attractions for most people with Item Garden is the bonus gold. The trouble being, they're a terrible company and have no stock anywhere. So all though they tell you 12hrs max, they only started farming your gold hours after your initial purchase. All down hill from there I'm afraid.

As other people have stated, their live chat is never on. You can send them an email and they'll get back to you when they feel like it. What they want is to take your money and get your gold to you as and when it suits them.

Where IGXE ( another terrible company ) will say, 2 more hours please, then you contact them in 2hrs, 12 more hours please and it will go on and on. With Item Garden, it's just 'we're still farming your gold, so sorry'.

Also beware of their 'Trace Order' feature. Currently mine reads false, says they have sent me some of the gold through the in game mail. I have received nothing and yet on their website, the final amount they owe has been reduced by the phantom amount allegedly sent.

All in all I would stay well clear of this company. Very poor customer service, difficult to contact, very difficult to get a refund, the bonus gold may as well be like dry land in Waterworld because you'll never see it.

I bought 30k for 27$. Got 37 800gold after 17hr. No problem at all. Not good if u need gold fast tho...

Do not in anyway buy from Itemgarden.com, it's pure scam! After 9 days they still havent delivered, they just changed the status of my order to "complete" and toke my money.

I have now waited over 20 hours.
Spent so much time marked online waiting for the delivery that its ridiculous.
No gold.
Have mailed them over and over again no reply what so ever.
Never trust this damn site!
And there so call help chat ofc is offline all the time.
Just a bunch of criminal scammer!

Ok so it took them 9 days to send me my gold after harrasing them ALOT, their live chat is allways offline so you have to send them emails etc. They said they could get me my gold in 12 hours. I wouldnt buy / trust these guys again, they only gave me my gold after I told them I reviewed their site on mmowned and trustpilot. I decided to go to guy4game instead and got my gold within 24 hours with good live support service, I recommend that site instead if you want gold!

I never got my gold after waiting more than 7 hours and when i started complaining by sending them mails the completely ignored me and i totally lost my money without getting any gold. If you wanna risk your money order from them...

i brought 36k gold from them and never heard anything at all for 5hrs.... i went on to live help and they said there still farming etc etc and they dont have no gold on horde side so they told me to make an alliance cos they have gold on that side so i did and went to booty bay to transfer the gold over and i tolst out on 6k gold in the ah from these faggots and all they say is SORRY !!!! SORRY aint gunna cut it ... after 8hrs i got my 29k gold even thou i payed for 36k ... next day i brought some more as i thourt they would of farmed some more by now and guess what .... its been 27hrs and still no gold all i get is a shitty apoloigy whats not gunna help they saying there still farming !!! it does not take 27hrs to farm 30k gold when u have thousands of chinese kids farming it for u !!!!!!!!!! STRONGLY SUGGEST TO NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE EVER

Asked if they had gold on the server i wanted, they did and i payed. 10 minuttes later i had the gold.

I have ordered my gold 4 days ago. I told them, that on their homepage did say 12 hours - And after 4 days, i havent got my gold. I said to them, that i really didnt understand them. They did says that have to farm them. Then i said i wanted my money back, but i dindnt get them. So please people, dont buy from them!
The company is so freaking bad. It's so fck bad.

Yesterday I ordered gold. They said it was instant delivery. So I had to contact them when I didn't here from them after 30 mins. So I contact them and they said that it is very difficult to harvest gold from my server :s I wait 24 hours now and I still don't have my gold! I'm very mad about it!!

In other words: Don't place an order there!! Be warned!
