After taking my apprentice in for him to spend his money on some new tools nearly a £1000 was a little disappointed that the staff wasn’t interested in given him any thing for a super discount or even a free drill bit
As for myself buying some new shorts with the snickers £1 T-shirt offer to be told this was an online promotion only and that I could only click and collect from Harlow store or reorder on line for home delivery which also needed a min spend for free delivery
Not the best service from Chelmsford this time round unfortunately

Quick turn around for replacement Drill, great value and quick from order to delivery. Arrived in quicker time than expected.
Missing a * due to open box, packaging was damaged but drill was safe.

I ordered the new Dewalt jet wash 54 V I’ve always bought DeWalt tools i’ve seen asthmatic ants with more power for a DeWalt tool it was totally useless ITS sent me out a new one that was the same when I phoned the girls they were lovely. Didn’t argue didn’t moan. Just picked it up and I’ve got a refund a few days later. Can’t say better than that great customer service great prices and you know if the tools not up to it they take it back no arguing no moaning 10 out of 10 and I’ll never give reviews but they went above and beyond

Dewalt nail gun and nails
Having received my order there was 1 box short delivered on the Thursday by DPD when I got home from work on the Friday I checked my order and it was a box of nails so I rang and spoke to a colleague called Michaela who was very helpful and professional in dealing with my problem and sorted it there and then and I received my missing parcel the very next day I would have no hesitation on recommending your company and I will definitely use you again.please ensure the colleague receives the recognition she deserves thank you .

I had the benefit of one of their free item deal and they kept the promise.Well and carefully packed,warranty registration worked as usual and for the right deals it’s worth scrolling a bit on their website (probably the most comprehensive and stocked tools warehouse in the UK).
