First part of the delivery arrived Thursday afternoon, one item missing. Contacted customer service immediately, responded to within 10 minutes, confirmed last item will be delivered Friday. Excellent service, great customer service input and response. Usual ITS standard.

Such an easy process
Really simple and easy to use order and collect. Ordered an item and picked it up next day at my convinience. Guys in stores are really friendly and make it such an easy process.

Ordering went well that was not the issue delivery was appalling it was a day late then to make it worse they didn't send an invoce attachment out either like most etailer /retailer stores do as standard very poor standards need improving.

Great shops where you can see everything, the harlow store in particular has pretty much everything in stock that they sell on line. Think this is their main dispatch centre. No longer the best bang for buck tool store
ITS used to be one of the greatest places to buy tools at the best prices. Now they are more often that not one of the most expensive places. The only good thing is that when in a tight spot, as I was, you can still go and get tools as they normally have high stock. But every time I have used them over the last couple of years they have always more expensive than online competition and more often than not, including this time, more expensive than competing high street stores
