My sister wanted a diamond bracelet for her birthday and honestly, I got tired of looking. When I came into the store, I was desperate. But I am so grateful that Oksana was there to help! She offered so many different options and I finally found the one like my sister always wanted, a diamond tennis bracelet that looks great and I was able to afford genuine diamonds!

Mark was great at helping me figure out what I wanted to do for an engagement ring. It took a few tries, but he was patient and accommodating much more than I would expect. A great level of service that really set me at ease with such a big decision as purchasing an engagement ring. She said yes!

To be honest, I wasn't here to shop, just to look around. But I ended up spending 6k buying a diamond Rolex watch (Oyster Perpetual Red Dial 18K Gold). The sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about watches - he helped me make up my mind to own my first high-end quality watch ever after having a great conversation with him! The price helped as well, I know its a pre-owned watch (can’t afford a new one with diamonds yet) but the watch looks great. I've been to different jewelry stores and watch dealerships, no-one was more friendly!

I can't say enough about the personal attention I receive here. Al is always so pleasant and patient, helping to find just the right jewelry piece for myself or my family. His attention to all the details I'm looking for is astounding. But it doesn't stop there - all their staff goes over and above to make your experience a lasting experience. I needed to customize their lion ring with a ruby in its mouth and size it, needed it for a present, but couldn’t wait while they do it at the store. They finished the job and overnighted it for me to present it on the next day! And this is what makes them outstanding.

Good selection of diamond jewelry and probably best selection of real hip hop jewelry and mens diamond jewelry. More than reasonable prices and a knowledgeable and very accommodating crew. The diamond white gold earrings I purchased were a perfect addition to my necklace and ring and a cross I purchased for a present was also really appreciated.

i ordered a Gucci watch for 4000+$. It came it only had one hand. And it didn't move! I took it in and the shop said " this is fake as caca". I had an investigation by my card company. they decided that I needed to pay for it since I ordered it. no duh I ordered it but I didn't order a fake. Thanks apple
