Very quick and efficient service
Very quick and efficient service, from a great cricket shop. My only minor grumble was that the parcel could've been slightly better taped - one of the small items was stuck to the external tape - which did stop it falling out altogether (!) so no harm done.
I've normally gone into the shop so to get things via post was a new experience, once i'd recommend - (especially if it's better taped)

Did not receive my product yet. No updates on tracking system.
Could be the pandemic causing delay however some sort of update would be appreciated.
Usually excellent service- the GM Noir i bought 2 years ago arrived within a week.

Hi Larry, sorry for the delay. We emailed you the tracking number on the day it was dispatched. We acknowledge that this was over a week after your order was placed because we were away on Christmas holiday and only returned to work full time on January 4th. We used Royal Mail and unfortunately the pandemic has indeed slowed down their service a little due to staff shortages etc but we have no control over that unfortunately. In hindsight, we should have probably used DHL instead - like we did with your bat - but I still think you will receive the gloves soon. Please keep an eye on the tracking information and do chase us up if you haven't received by next week. We can try to find out more information from Royal Mail if necessary.
Knowledgable, Honest and Prompt
I recently purchased a bat from its just cricket and I am delighted with the promptness of delivery (just 3 days from order) and more importantly the quality of the product.
Steve was fanstastic I called him on multiple occasions asking for advice on which bat I should choose within my particular budget he was always friendly, happy to help and never tried to push me to purchase bats out of my budget.
Steve was incredibly honest about each bat and actually suggested a bat at the lower end of my budget as he felt it would be the correct one for me.
Steve even went as far as sending me pictures of the exact bat I would be receiving before purchase to ensure I was happy with everything.
I was very comfortable ordering from Its Just Cricket and will 100% be recommending to my friends and using them for future purchases.

Pleasantly surprised!
They have great service. The guys are very responsive & quick to answer any of your queries. I ordered a helmet & even though they said it might be delayed, I was pleasantly surprised that it got delivefeed on Xmas day. Though it sounds kitsch, I was pleasantly surprised. We acknowledge that it has now been exactly three weeks, so yes, it has taken us a bit longer than normal. This is because we were away for over a week for Christmas holiday. However, we have now expedited the service for you and aim to dispatch the bat before the end of this week. You will receive full tracking information from DHL on the day it leaves us.
