We were surprised to see a nice cover with the bat as well, although the bat did not come with one originally. They did take my request and followed up very promptly. The bat is light but yet punchy, top quality willow.

Any cricketer would tell you how big a gamble it is to buy a bat online - without holding it and checking every little bit in person. The stakes are even higher when its worth $800.

I had fallen in love with the GM Diamond (Ben Stokes Edition) and had dropped questions and concerns online with many retailers in UK. The only person that responded and patiently answered all emails and text messages was Paul from Itsjustcricket. He was a stellar salesman who was very very patient and understanding. His understanding of bats and my requirements were spot on and his description was spot on. I am very finicky when it comes to buying bats and it was always going to be a leap of faith - but I was not expecting the weight and balance to be as precise as it turned out in the end.

Paul even was kind enough to extend the 30 day return guarantee considering I would not have held the bat for about 90 days after ordering it. Which was just an icing on the top.

I do not think there can be any customer service that can run parallel to what Paul just offered at his business. I am surely VERY VERY impressed.
