I would have given 5/5 had I not had an issue with UPS. Unfortunately, they attempted to deliver to my home even though I had instructed delivery to a collection agent, having posted a note stating they had left my parcel in my recycling bin. The UPS tracking service could not tell me where my parcel was in the system. On telephoning, not realising that I was paying an ‘enhanced’ calling rate, I was told to hold by a call handler whilst she checked where my items where and she never got back to me. After over 30 minutes a call handler informed me that my parcel would be available for collection the following day. I was never informed by text or email that my parcel was ready for collection.
In conclusion, good service from the supplier and appalling service from UPS that has cost me more financially for “free” delivery. Cricket bat and gloves excellent.

Not the best cricket site to use
Communication is sometimes poor from IJC. I but a lot of cricket equipment from a number of different companies and IJC are one of the poorest I deal with. I avoid them, if possible.

If our communication was that poor, why have you returned to us so regularly over the years? I also remember one of the orders (B3 Sublime bat) involved quite a lot of communication via Instagram, so please let us know what exactly we have done to make you think our communication is poor?

Excellent service, frequently recommended to friends and teammates.
I've used these guys a number of times, both in store and online. I've bought kit through them, had a bat refurbished through them, had to return kit and exchange it (it just wasn't the right size).
They've been excellent throughout. I would recommend them to anyone who asked and have done so a number of times. I was impressed by the bat refurb in particular and plan to use that service again this winter.
