Poor Service - Unrequested supplier switch

Disguised as Agency in the name of the email. Claim to make things easier but don't get your approval to reach out to any of the suppliers.
Goes with their 'preferred' supplier without getting your input. Not customer-oriented at all. When enquired they default to please check with the agency.
I had to redo all the applications are they were all messed up. Council, water and gaz/ electricity.

Poor service

Attempted to compete a reference application - had to pause half way. When I tried to log back into my account it just wouldn't work, was sent password reset after reset (did this 5+ times) and still wouldn't work.
Emailed help contact - no response
No one answering the phone either.

I am due to start my tenancy in 2 days and will most likely be unable to do this because of all of the clerical incompetence

Difficult to use

Difficult to use. It's not user friendly. Rejects document uploads even if they are the below the required size limit. There are disguised marketing at the end that look like required boxes that need ticking to submit.
