We have worked with Ittria now for several years and the process is very simple. Would highly recommend. The time saved By Ittria dealing with all the utility companies and councils is invaluable.

This company unknown to us put Scottish Power as the supplier for a property we rent. We were and still want to remain with the supplier we have picked which we’ve done for the past 8 years. Trying to contact this company is a joke all you get is answer phone to email them and they say they will get back to you in 2 days.
I have discovered today 16/9/21 that they are a partner with Scottish Power now that’s what I call dodgy. We have now contacted our MP as we are getting no satisfaction from the letting agents or Ittria.

Efficient and easy to follow process
I found the process of tenant review and reference checking very simple and easy to understand and follow. It surely ensures that good quality and capable tenants are served.
Switched my energy supplier without my permission
This company switched my energy provider without my consent or even having the courtesy to inform me.
Good for the most part
For the most part, the form was easy to fill out; however the section on income was actually not possible for me because none of the given options applied. I am not unemployed and I do not need a guarantor: I am medically retired and will never improve. I had to select retired and in receipt of zero pension, then add my income on another page. I really think that in the 21st century I shouldn't be a non-person: I should be given the option to select the correct circumstance.

Pathetic people and companys, Gaurentor could be done so simple , but no we want to make money. Even Trust Pilot want to give you an account, and email address to send more emails i dont want.

An atrociously bad website
An atrociously bad website. Would use literally anything else if given the choice.
I was required to use this service while applying for a rent of an apartment. All in all the experience was most unpleasant and frustrating. The website has severe deficiencies in almost every aspect of its design and function. Here a (non exhaustive) list of the problems:
- The website is horribly optimized and a huge drain on the computer's resources. It makes the fan spin like crazy and even almost freezes up slower computers. I can't imagine how a site like that could possibly use resources that aggressively. It could be mining bitcoins in the background for all I know.
- The essential file upload function is broken and unresponsive. Some documents fail to upload without a clear error message even though they comply with the advertised size limit. This problem seems to be known to the staff as there is even an help text telling you to send the documents via email if the upload doesn't work. Doesn't excuse the not working part though.
- The document upload page has "samples" for the documents required. In fact these samples are just a mostly empty PDF with "document sample 1" or similar as the only content. It does nothing to enhance the user experience.
- There is a side bar showing the progress of the information entry suggesting some modern UX design being at work. However you can't use that side bar to navigate to the pages indicated. Instead you have to use clunky back button on the individual pages and wait out long loading times.
- The last page is a request for consent to handle the date. It includes a "signature field". This is in fact just a regular text field but bigger and with a fancy font. I don't know in what worlds that constitutes a signature and highly doubt that it holds any legal weight.
- The consent page provides the options to allow the use of your data for electricity and broadband marketing. As other reviewers pointed out, that is a bad look for a mandatory service handling most sensitive personal data. At least it is distinguishable from the mandatory consent check boxes by way of small red start (or their absence).
I would advise any landlord or renting agency to use literally any other service over this one. For the operator of the website I would suggest firing the whole development team (or never working with them again in case of an external contractor) and starting the website development from scratch using at most the basic visual design.

Sneaky so beware
Its really sneaky that you try to get our personal information for marketing purposes. Both for gas and electric and Broadband. This is a legal and necessary process to secure a house and should not involve personal information being sold under any circumstances.

I am not a fan of leaving poor reviews and the staff are friendly. However, poor service, overly complex referencing system, extremely slow replying to enquiries, doesn’t payout, overly complex amateur utilities referral and void system. There are better utility transfer companies out there.
