Completed a referencing form for a letting agency. Very good work, very easy to access and complete the form from anywhere.

No consideration for Covid procedures

HR is currently closed for my future employer, gave in documents showing I had passed interview and awaiting correspondence for my start date. They have claimed that this is not proof of employment and as HR is closed I have no way of proving it otherwise, very dissapointed in the added stress during moving in a pandemic. They clearly do not understand the unique circumstances of the pandemic and are not willing to follow guidelines for referencing during the pandemic where HR is often at the moment closed or not available. I would not recommend them to letting agencies at the moment as this is honestly such a disgraceful way of handling Covid-19 and has complicated an already stress filled experience for me, as a Canadian trying to navigate moving house in the UK, this has been 10x more stressful and complicated then any move I've done in Canada. Futhermore, customer service on the phone was abysmal, person I was talking to cut me off several times without letting me explain anything and would often tell me no before the sentence came out of my mouth. 0/10, not helpful and very confrontational company.

We process a large number of references on behalf of property agents and understand that applicants are anxious to move ahead with plans. We offer a comprehensive reference which means we validate applicant submissions and the acceptance criteria are not subject to interpretation by representatives.

Very easy to use system

Very easy to use system, quick for processing through tenancy checks and a very helpful team if we have any issues. We also use the system for utility switchover and cannot fault that side of it. Any issues with bills can be dealt with by the team and that takes a lot of time on the phone off of us.

Once it is fully integrated with SME, it will be even better we hope!

Highly Recommend

Took hours to upload my samples, then it kept refreshing and stopping my application process, really poor.

We can confirm that your documents were below the recommended maximum size, however we cannot confirm if the internet connection may have caused the slower speed of the upload.
