We requested an order at very short notice and the team at Ivory worked with us to make sure we could meet this deadline. From Jason in sales to the artwork team Olivia and Louie, they were all wonderful. Exceptional customer service and the products were great. Quality was great and their attention to detail brilliant. Very pleased, would definitely recommend.

I've used Ivory for several years now to manufacture playing cards, the quality of the cards is always outstanding, with great colour matching and a great professional feel to the product. I had an issue with my last big order which I missed in the proof stage, the managing director contacted me directly and was incredibly helpful and professional. Rectifying the situation quickly. I'm always incredibly impressed with the customer service i've experienced from Ivory over the years, I really recommend.

Amazing experience start to finish. Mel & Olivia were amazing from quoting and answering my many many initial questions to meticulosly ensuring artwork was correct for the workshop to ensure we had a good product. Super friendly, super helpful team. Not only great service but the actual product came out brilliantly, good quality cards and tuck box, colours looked good.

Also - they went out of their way to ensure that I received my product before a certain date which was very important, they confirmed they could beat the current/average lead time to ensure I had the product.

100% recommend using these guys over any other card game manufacturer that you find online.

One year ago, I had a dream, which I have held since I was a child, to bring the spirit of historical objects to life through their stories. Thanks to the skill, guidance and patience displayed by everyone at Ivory Graphics, I succeeded in making my childhood dream come true.

Their pricing structure was fair and reasonable. They communicated their artwork guidelines effectively. They responded helpfully to the queries I had throughout the production process, and they displayed considerable understanding of what their customer wanted. I do not wish to single out one person from the company, because everyone played their part with professionalism and commitment to producing a quality product.

The finished product was beautifully made and critically reviewed by a wide variety of consumers, with great potential for expansion. This was critical to the commercial success of the product, which is already one of the most successful being patronised in its retail setting. I can now dream of a future for my dream, to bring out the best in the stories of historical objects across time and space.

2,500 units printed with a 2mm margin error off-centred which was visually awful - unacceptable mistake for us - but apparently within norm for Ivory Graphics. Very disappointed, would not print again.

From start to finish, the experience is with Ivory is fantastic. We often have repeat orders of card packs which we use with schools in the education sector. From handling our last minute requests efficiently and making accommodations on timescales wherever possible, to a great customer journey accompanied by great customer service, the experience with Ivory is always nothing but impeccable. Ivory Graphics printed my DISC cards and I honestly couldn’t be happier with both the experience and the final product. The process of getting the cards exactly right was quite detailed and at times challenging, but the team were incredibly patient, supportive and genuinely helpful throughout.

Nothing ever felt like too much trouble — they took the time to understand what I was trying to achieve and worked with me to make sure the end result was exactly what I’d hoped for. The quality of the finished cards is fantastic and I’m absolutely thrilled with how they turned out.

I will definitely be using Ivory Graphics again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality printing with excellent customer service.

I have to make people aware that my experience with this company is bad for British standards. They have had my game for 4 months and keep coming back to me with tiny issues that I believe a company should be able to do quickly, instead they send it back with a vague remedy to fix but not identify exactly what the issue is. One of the problems was 1 single card not fully lined up at the bottom. This company doesn't do half of what I'm looking for and way behind other Chinese companies that would go above and beyond what they offer. The prices are steep compared and with the lack of customer care I'd think about using a different company. Seriously 4-5 months to get me a single copy printed and sent before Christmas is a poor service and to fine out they're not back until the 5th January? That's my time and money..... don't use them. I'm fuming

They were great! Very accommodating about my many changes and always offered me excellent advice. The test deck looks great. Can’t wait to see the final product.

Very poor service after failing to deliver or offer a suitable delivery date we had no option but to cancel the order and request a full refund.

No Human Touch! They told me I ordered the wrong item but will not amend the order or have they advised me prior by email to make sure I am ordering the correct item even though I was in touch throughout the process. They can't complete the cards as supplied and I was told they have been taken out of production and they won't proceed without my approval. I advised I have to resupply because I have to rethink the whole design due to them not being able to foil the sides of the boxes (which I have asked by email beforehand and they did not say that they can't at the time). I asked to cancel because I knew it will take me some time to get the design right and they wanted to charge 20% admin fee even though item did not proceed anywhere. As a first time customer this was a very stressful experience. They also charged me double to get the sample foiled and after I paid said that they can't foil it and refused to refund the foiling saying it was for the main order. This doesn't make sense as the foil guide might change and should be done per order not in advance. After all that they then produced and shipped the cards without foiling (but not refund it) and without me resupplying the file as agreed so the sample does not reflect the final design. Needless to say I asked for a full refund and after 5 days I have yet to get any reply. They owe me 170 pounds which for an independent designer is a lot of money for an incorrect sample.
