I ordered multiple crab apple stems…

I ordered multiple crab apple stems after failing to find realistic looking red berry stems anywhere. I can’t believe the quality and the price they’re gorgeous. I’m going for a red traditional Christmas theme this year and they’ll look perfect with everything else. Quick delivery and very well packaged what more can you ask for.

Poor quality item

Poor quality item. Returned item was delivered and they say it’s not delivered have the evidence was left and now have to go to the bank to start a claim back to get my money back. If I get a refund from ivy then I will change my review. But until then this review stays the same.

As mentioned in our email exchange, and in the tracking you have provided, your courier has not returned your item to us. Instead of choosing to contact your courier, in which we offered assistance with, you chose to threaten us with a bad review if we didn’t refund your order.

Unfortunately we cannot refund items that are not returned to us, and we would suggest you raise a claim against your courier.

Damaged item and no response

The item I ordered seemed to be good quality and and as described, however it arrived damaged. I emailed customer service for help with this and they have not yet replied in over a week, I don’t usually leave reviews but I had an email asking me to so I thought I would be honest.

A new favourite

I’ve now made 2 separate orders, both for multiple items and everything has been stunning. Wonderfully packaged and great quality, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. This has quickly become my new favourite place to shop for rustic, country style home ware 💕

Quality of product

I purchased a few items of artificial fruit / vegetables for a display and these were of very good quality. They were accurately represented on the company's website and their cost was acceptable.

I’m sorry to hear you feel this way - we ask that any damages are reported to us in a timely manor in order to allow us to resolve, this is not an uncommon policy amongst online retailers.

As nearly 3 weeks had passed since delivery and receiving any reports of an issue, unfortunately we cannot be held responsible as we cannot ascertain how these items were damaged.
