The items on this website are beautiful and well made and also they are that little bit to what I've seen elsewhere, which drew me to the site. When my items arrived I was extremely happy with how they'd been packaged, they were well protected and in an appropriately sized box. I love the items I received and would highly recommend this site

Really lovely accessories for our new home, reasonably priced and prompt delivery

I ordered a set of stone like birds which are beautiful sadly the smaller bird had a broken tail, I emailed with a photo and had a reply straight away apologising and another was sent out. Fantastic customer service and beautiful home accessories I will definitely purchase from ivy grey interiors again

Bought a tissue box cover which rips tissues when you pull them out as the slit is too narrow. I sent videos to customer service to show them the problem. Rather than be apologetic, accept it’s a design fault, or offer to pay returns postage customer service have continually blamed me and refuse to pay return postage. Not what you expect from a small business!

Their faux flowers are also much cheaper looking in real life than in the styled photos on their website so definitely avoid these!

Ive purchased a number of lovely whimsical spring/easter decorations this year including rabbits, coloured birds, Ombre Apples and gorgeous ceramic ducks. The latter in particular are so nice to touch - a pleasing flat surface but with the feet and part of head in a shiny glaze - they look and feel fantastic. Ivy Grey's service is outstanding - goods despatched swiftly and exceptionally well packed. Ivy Grey's team are a pleasure to deal with and I look forward now to seeing what comes along this autumn.... (Sorry bank balance!)

I ordered some candle holders, they are beautiful but two of them were slightly damaged on arrival, I contacted customer services and they arranged for replacements with no need to return the original items, great service ..no stars deducted as they sorted it very quickly with no fuss
