Lovely range of products, fast delivery.

Bought a chopping board that was described as beige but i received grey. Product not as described and still waiting to hear back about returning the product and refund.

Amending rating based on issue being resolved.

If I could give one star I would. Bought 2 frames one came damaged hook wasn’t put in correctly and when put on the wall it caused it to fall and also damage the other on its landing! Customer service is awful and am now going through trading standards & my bank

I ordered a pedestal glass jar with a glass ‘bunny ear’ lid. The first order was unfortunately damaged in the post, despite being well packaged. I sent photos via email and received a lovely and very prompt response. A replacement item was received today. I would not hesitate to use this company again. In fact they have so many lovely items I know I will be a regular customer.

great service, fast delivery

One of my two mugs arrived with a handle broken, but the replacement was sent within a few days. The tray is lovely but marks with any tea dribbles so I think it will have to be painted for the long term.

Really lovely website with lots of beautiful items. I ordered the blush pink poppy head vase and it arrived promptly and was well wrapped. This is my first time ordering from here but will definitely not be my last. The vase is a house warming gift for my daughter and looks lovely - thank you.
