Excellent quick service

I didn't know where to begin writing a will and I had lots of questions but IWC helped me through the process. They were very helpful and I would definitely recommend them to help you.

Steve helped us through each step of the process and was amazing throughout. He kept on top of everything in a timely manner and i could not recommend him enough.

5 years ago was dealing with stress of losing my Mum, was trying to sort out probate with no help this company was suggested they were absolutely terrib4le once I signed.basically took any money they could straight away for their fees!! which my mother had collected in bonds since the 1960s only now can I leave a message like this because of all the stress!! and then 9 months later my father passed away and I did probate myself!! lesson learned but this company I would never use them ever again not for probate maybe. Their reply confirms my problem. Beaware ###

Quick and clear response, quick process

Great and helpful support and guidance throughout the complex process. Perfect accessibility and quick responses. Very friendly and engaging communication.

I enlisted the help of the IWC probate services in 2015. A year later, I received a letter from HMRC stating over 6k was owed after the probate process was conducted on my behalf by IWC.

I contacted IWC regarding this matter and I was told to ignore this request for payment as it was most likely a administrative error by HMRC. The second correspondence from HMRC after 6 months, I was told by my representative of IWC that an email or letter will be sent to HMRC to settle this matter of payment

Eight/8 years later there has been no definitive resolution and now being told by IWC as far as they are concerned this case is now closed despite huge amounts of money being owed and is becoming more and more difficult to contact my representative of IWC and now over 16k is owed. Potential Clients Please take note and extreme caution.

Extremely patient and helpful staff, I dealt with Debbie who couldn’t do enough for my elderly mum and answered all of the questions she had, more than once so it was understood,
I would definitely us this company again.

I was at a loss as to how to transfer and sell my late father's shares in a company based in America. I needed to be able to talk to someone, ask questions frequently and receive guidance. IWC handled my Will with complete professionalism and catered for all of my needs that I required for my Will. There was always someone at the end of the phone or email to answer all of my questions or concerns about my Will.

Having spent several months trying to deal with Shares in an Australian Company as part of a Will, finding IWC and Debbie was a breath of fresh air. All my questions were answered, no matter how stilly they sounded, and a process that seemed unfeasible was suddenly underway and within 3 months resolved. A shorter period than it took Computershare Australia to give me a straight answer. Can't recommend and thank them enough.
