Absolutely 💯 recommend this company and in particular Steve Pyott. I was widowed and was having trouble finalising all of my husbands affairs particularly assets he held overseas. Steve gave me clear instructions and a clear payment structure and it was all dealt with in a matter of weeks. At one point I sent a document by post and he had it back to me a day later. Fantastic stress free knowledgeable service

My experience was good regarding upgrading my will which I have not updated for a while. All my questions was answered and done on line or email. Overall all glad with my service.

The process is was a tricky one but the team really helped us move my late parents estate to completion so that we can all finally move on. They were extremely helpful and respectful at all stages with a special mention to Sharon Edwards and Carol that supported me personally to get everything done.

A faultless and seamless process from start to finish. Staff were helpful and courteous, no empty promises made, just sheer professionalism.

The professional manner of the staff in dealing with my request, their timely response in notifying me of an error which I had made, and the appropriate advice on how to correct the error, after which the documentation was processed and returned within the time advised during my initial enquiries.
If all service providers carried out there business in a similar manner to IWC, I am sure there would be a lot less frustrated people (and happy ) in the world.

My Experience with this company was five star, i was looked after from day one .
After the passing of my mother , which was a difficult time for all my family .
IWC sorted all the finances and problems that you don't want to be dealing with , the stress was taken away from me ,as i was kept up to date regularly with the progress.

The team was professional, very thorough and helpful in guiding through the requirements to ensure the documentation would be in acceptable order to the US share registrar. It is a process that takes time but we were able to transfer the shares within a reasonable period so was very happy with the overall advice and service. Special thanks to Debbie for her support!

After detailing the issue I needed help with, I received clear and accurate information as to the procedures to follow and advice on completing all the necessary forms.
Any queries that I had were answered promptly and in a pleasant way.
I dealt with the same person throughout which made the whole process much easier. Debbie is an excellent communicator and I felt confident throughout the process that the issue in question would be resolved satisfactorily.

IWC arranged the transfer and sale of overseas shares from my Dad’s estate quickly and made the process very straightforward.

My father passed around Covid time, he had created his will with IWC. So we decided to reach out to them for some help with probate. They went way over and above to help us and when we look back at the cost of the Will and the time taken to assist us they really are worth their weight in gold.

As an ex-Pat it is difficult to find a bespoke will writing service without returning to the UK. I stumbled across IWC Probate Services by accident rather than design. Maybe it could be more actively promoted.

I found the procedure straight forward, people professional and helpful anticipating scenarios I hadn't thought of.

I would certainly recommend this company to other ex-Pats.

Dealing with bereavement can be emotional and stressful, and dealing with individuals who are clearly lowly paid call centre staff, who feel they are bigger than you, clearly does not help. Sam Hill who is the operations manager does not seem to be able to understand emails over one line and is unable to take on board any information which is outside of her remit, which I believe like all call centres is purely focussed towards getting as many numbers on the board as possible. I found these guys to be cheap, but their inability to help or do anything to help, balanced this out so I would highly recommend that anyone who wishes to undertake this process thinks long and hard before dealing with this company. I would avoid like the plague.

My request for a Medaillon stamp guarantee was solved excellently.
I was provided with very good information material in advance.
Missing documents during the process were easily requested by email.
It was always answered very quickly.
