We contacted IWC after a period of 9 years as we needed to update our Letter of Wishes. Our wills were drawn up originally by two members of the Will team, who it appears are no longer there, however our request to update our Letter of wishes was handled sensitively & professionally by Hannah who responded quickly to our request.

I needed support with my families visas to move to Spain. We used this company who guided us through every stage of the application for our visas. The company made the hard application easier for us and took the stress out by giving us simple forms to fill in which they then inputted it onto the visa application. I had the same person to talk to every time, he was always they to answer any questions or queries I had.
He also kept me updated on where we were on the application process.
The process went smoothly until I made a mistake on the booking of the interviews,which the company also helped me with and also spoke to the consulate on my behalf.
My family and I are now living in Spain with our visas, which I am truly grateful for as I would of never been able to get through the application and interview process without there help.
I recommend this company to anyone who is trying to move to Spain and needing a visa.

I was left in a situation where I had complex international affairs to sort out as the executor of an estate and I really didn't know where to start or how to navigate the situation. The support I had from Steve was responsive and swift, whilst also being sensitive to the loss we had suffered as a family. I'm very grateful to IWC for their support through a difficult time.

We used IWC services to obtain a Power of Attorney for our Spanish solicitor to sell our property in Spain due to medical reasons. Juan Oliver performed this role admirably, liaising between ourselves and our Spanish solicitor, to produce this legal document in both Spanish and English. Juan also found and recommended a Notary who would visit our house for the signings etc. We are very happy to say this is all completed now. Well done Juan it was a pleasure to have you on board.

From making the initial appointment to the end of the process , extremely professional, and pain free… Hannah was always at the end of the phone if I needed to clarify anything, she also kept us in the loop whilst waiting for paper work .. would use this company again if needed .

I had a serious problem with my sons apartment sale in Barcelona. His lawyer wanted to use UK law in the case but required a statement of British law and then have it notarised. All because his wife had died. Easy you would think but nooo. After having contacted a couple of law firms I got absolutely nowhere. I was on Facebook an saw an add. Having nothing to lose I called and spoke with Juan who simply said “no problem “. He and Megan had it sorted in a week.
Anything connected with Spanish law I HIGHLY. recommend their services.

I always thought sorting out a Will takes going to see a lawyer and would be a very stressful process along with a expensive cost, however I came across IWC on google search. Their online service is very easy to use and very efficient. Hannah Domain was very helpful and communicated very well with throughout. I can fully recommend them to anyone. The Company could have been any more helpful with the service they provide. Friendly and Helpful staff (i dealt mostly with Sharon and Carol) made what was a very melancholic and sad neccesity very easy to complete.
I would not hesitate to use them again if needed.
