The product never arrived nor the…

The product never arrived nor the reimbursement. No service to assist you and just the same email as response saying they have to open an investigation. Never had a tracking number. Dreadful experience. Avoid to purchase online!!

I can admitted I was anxious after…

I can admitted I was anxious after reading this all reviews, but I ordered my jacket 10 days ago and came today all in one piece. Light with well-covered shalfs, what is giving indication of high standards. I ordered my jacket from official site what probably make a difference. But yeh so fare so good

Order came as stated, well packaged etc

I placed my order and then read the reviews and thought oops! I didn’t think my item would ever arrive but it did….took 3/4 weeks which is around the time it said when I ordered so I can’t complain at that. I dropped them an email or two and they replied the next day. Obviously they have some supply/delivery issues to the UK but my item arrived around the time specified and I think the item is bang on and well packaged. Plus there was a return form and prepaid label in case I wanted to return. Satisfied customer here 👍

Order not honoured. Customer service inexisting

Ordered almost 2 months ago and order , of a pretty high value, never delivered. Service customer below any expectations - only automatic standard feedbacks, no real customer service and support. Never provided a feedback regarding the status or reimbursement.

Update on 12 April- customer service reacted and offered to launch an investigation and reimburse eventyally. Eventually,managed by myself to identify the order at JW shop.

Horrendous

Same experience as everyone else. I wanted to cancel immediately after purchase. Contacted them straight away and was told o could not cancel and to send item back when it arrives. 3 weeks later nothing. Being down this amount is having a ripple effect on my other finances and I am now getting very stressed.

Terrible experience

I have bought a jacket from their website nearly 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received a dispatch email. I needed the jacket for a hiking trip, I bought it a month in advance specifically for this so this is causing a massive inconvenience. I thought perhaps the other reviews were exceptions to the rule, however it looks like the rule is that you won't get your jacket for a month and a half after your order. So unless that is what you are looking for you might want to avoid this website.

No customer satisfaction with Jack Wolfskin who established in 1981.

People take about quality of product, what about peace of mind in buying things and not worrying about delivery with missing items, return, money.. if they (JackWolfskin) are well established in Germany, They should know this basic customer satisfaction in handling things.

Do not buy anything from Jack Wolfskin in online. Buy directly or collection for quality products.

For the places/cities where there are no Jack Wolfskin shops, they don't care about handling things in online. What a shame

Slow delivery but quality item received.

Ordered a jacket direct from their UK website not realising it shipped from Germany. Website said it would take a couple of weeks to arrive,it took 3 weeks. But item is new and in good condition so no complaints on that front. So basically if you don't mind waiting and want a quality jacket at reasonable price get ordering. If you want it next day delivery I'd suggest you look elsewhere.

A complete and utter shambles - please don't buy from this site...

Bought a pair of boots at the start of January - the site mentioned a system upgrade delaying dispatch by 5 days and a 5 day delivery delay due to customs...

By the end of January still no update and when I contacted them the boots hadn't yet been dispatched and nor could they tell me when they would be or how long it would take.

They then sent an update saying items were taking 3 weeks to go through UK customers not the 5 days they said previously.

Complained and pointed out that the boots were now half price - was told they couldn't do anything about it but once I had the boots they could help.

Boots finally arrived end of February - nearly 2 whole months after ordering.

The items are the same quality we've come to expect but the fact the company seem comfortable with sending emails to customers basically saying there's nothing they can do, we just have to accept it and we'll get our items when we get them is pretty unacceptable.

I'm now trying to get back the money the promised me, however I've been waiting for a response to my email for 3 days and they've taken down their live chat and phone.

Totally terrible experience and one that means not only will I avoid using this site again - I'm actively telling other people to shop somewhere else.

I was scared reading all of these reviews. Angry people. I decided to trust the numerous emails the company sent me regarding the situation and the unfortunate delays.
I was worried, but they came through.
I ordered it on 11/01 it arrived on 28/02. I love my jacket.

Excellent product, good customer service

Like recent negative reviewers my order was slow to arrive, however, at the point I ordered there were clear warnings about delays and I was kept up to date via email. While I was waiting I noticed the price of the jacket I had ordered had gone down in the sale and the email I sent to customer service asking if the difference could be refunded to me was replied to swiftly and the amount refunded promptly. Good customer service and a great product, I have 2 other Jack Wolfskin jackets and the quality and durability are excellent.

Misleading excuses poor service and goods never arrive

So I have used Jack Wolfskin clothing for a long time and the quality and value has been really good. However this is my first purchase online and will be my last purchase of the brand ever.

I ordered 23/1/22. I started querying my order about a week ago via facebook messenger, I chose this method as finding a phone number to call them on was impossible. They keep saying its coming then its Brexit related delays ( I dont believe that other brands ship from Europe with no issues now, maybe 2 years ago but not now and then they say SAP system issues).

If they knew of these delays they should warn people at the point of order so you can make a decision as to whether to wait or not. Given one excuse was a failed SAP project this will have been planned well in advance. Given Brexit was a long time ago now, if they were facing issues would they not have had the same issues since Brexit so could warn customers of delays????

Only when I raised a credit card dispute did they offer a refund. When I asked for refunds 2 times prior to this they refused. They stated the parcel is on its way and sorry you cannot have a refund but you can return the item once you have received it. Being skeptical I guess they do this so you may still keep the goods and retain revenue.

My personal advice based on this experience is to not bother with their online experience / shop unless you like being let down and misled based on my experience.

Jack you have destroyed customers and my trust in a brand I / they once trusted and spent significant amounts of money on over many years.

Personally I wont ever purchase your items again for personal use or gifts. How could I ever spend money on a brand I have now lost trust and faith in.

Poor company to deal with and customer…

Poor company to deal with and customer services are a joke over a month wait for two T-shirts apparently due to brexit and new system all I can say is bullsh#y don’t waste your money on this company and don’t expect good customer service they really don’t care quick enough to take money bits that it. Such a shame good quality but would rather buy the north face clothing at least that’s delivered within a few days

Do not order from this company.

I placed an order on the 7th January, it still hasn’t arrived and the only replies I get from them is that it is stuck at customs.
They have told me they don’t know when I will be receiving my item.
Such poor customer service.
Don’t order from this company.

Buy in store don't bother online

If you're going to buy anything Jack buy in store only don't even think about placing an order online .. placed mine 5th January apparently it's on its way not holding my breath though ... Probably looking at 2 month wait best case scenario.

They blame Brexit but I've literally shipped equipment to Germany had it serviced and repaired and shipped back in 3 weeks. It's just poor they'd be better off just opening a distribution Wearhouse in the UK would save all this messing about.

Shame really as it's pretty decent stuff when it eventually arrives.

Just don’t buy from here

Just don’t buy from here. I so wish I had read reviews. Bought a jacket on 15th Jan said two weeks for delivery still waiting now 18th Feb. Any emails I have sent have been replied by automated service. Payed via PayPal and now I’ve escalated a claim I have email saying my parcel has been shipped and will take approx two weeks. Absolutely joke of a company and appalling customer service will avoid them at all costs now and so should you. Will see if I receive my jacket lol not holding out much hope

Terrible site and customer service

Ordered three items, of which one is a rather expensive jacket on the 13th of January. It took a month for me to receive my order, in between I had contacted customer service who kept promising it would arrive “soon” but wouldn’t provide a set date. Two days in advance I received a shipping confirmation in which they casually announced the jacket is not in stock anymore. On their site it still says they have the item in stock so I call them up. Apparently the site is not up-to-date and it will also not be restocked anymore. What if other customers order it? Will they also need to wait a month to receive nothing? Luckily, I got refunded days after the confirmation, though the confirmation took about a month. Fix your website and customer service instead of just taking our money.

If the order is shipped, it will take weeks; If you have any trouble, expect zero support - not worth the risk

I should have come here before buying from this shop.
They took weeks to ship a product. Luckily, I had made the payment with paypal, so I could escalate the case. They even sent me an e-mail requiring me to close the case, without it being resolved... Which shows the attitude and posture of the company.
Do not risk buying from here - nothing works, the support only send copy paste answers and if you receive the order, it will take quite some time.
Also, the quality/price is only ok when things are in wholesale at 50%, otherwise it's too expensive and you can get better quality and more reliability elsewhere.
