SHAMBOLIC

Ordered two pairs of boots at beginning of January 2021. "UK website" said delivery would be approx 5 days. 3rd February and still waiting - Jack Wolfskin not answering their phone lines and not answering emails. Will contact bank and raise dispute. AVOID!

Another complaint..

Ordered a winter coat 30th December.. it’s 3rd of Feb and none the wiser as to where it is. Shambolic excuses and blame passing. Opened a transaction dispute with bank and have had money refunded to me. AVOID!

I am another who ordered snow boots at…

I am another who ordered snow boots at the beginning of January, expecting that the order was being shipped from the UK. To be fair, they have been good at sending emails explaining the situation and apologising. However when you wait over a month with no goods it is a shambles. They say to refuse the item when it arrives if you no longer want it, but how much longer would I have to wait for a refund? I am going to use chargeback on my credit card after reading this thread.

4 weeks! Still not received my parcel

Like all the other bad reviews. I ordered and paid for a pair of boots at the beginning of January. Their delivery policy stated 3-5 working days. I am still waiting 4 weeks later!

I have asked for my money back and they refused stating my parcel has been distributed and blamed brexit. I’ve had lots of other deliverys from other companies.

I’m £100 down and still do not know when I will be receiving my item. I constantly get told to be patient, they don’t care as they have my money.

Will never buy again from them

well where to start here

well where to start here, i paid over £300 start of january for some items, as of today. still haven’t arrived. all i’m getting is brexit brexit brexit is the blame, however i have ordered this year from hugo boss, timberland, cryuff, columbia and all of these firms have managed to get me my products in a timely manner.

as of today i have no money back, no items and very little info on when i will receive my items, do not order from this mob, unless you want to lose your cash

Dishonest or hopelessly incompetent?
I read this too late but cancelled using their official form within an hour. Two days later, the money has been removed from my account.
I have reminded them of their contractual obligation to refund me within 14 days and shall telephone and keep records as this may have to go legal.
After three perfectly polite (but futile) telephone conversations, my number has been blocked. Using another 'phone, I received the whole 'pallet' story.
Chargeback seems to be the only solution. What is the matter with this company, when other EU sellers are so helpful?

never received it

never received it - they blamed Brexit - what a joke of a company. Took £175 from me on 1st January and their website said it would be here in 5 days. 27 days later it is still not here. Now they have changed their website saying it could take 4 weeks. Absolute joke! I am issuing a court summons to get my money back as they have refused to refund me and told me to wait for my jacket to arrive and then refuse it. Told them I am moving house and wont be here to receive and they dont give a damn. AWFUL COMPANY. i will never buy their products again.
EDIT - DISPUTE WAS STARTED WITH PAYPAL AND THEY FOUND IN MY FAVOR. :-) THANK YOU PAYPAL! my money was refunded by paypal. No jacket has ever arrived and parcel force say they have no record of the tracking number given by wolfskin.

Dreadful

Dreadful, like many others still awaiting my product. BREXIT being the issue allegedly, tracking number doesn't work either. Please don't order from them.

Watch out before ordering!

I ordered a jacket a month ago and I am still waiting with the poor excuse of customes issues due to Brexit and they reject giving you a refund.
Watch out this company. If you see the reviews 100% of them are poor and there is just 1 or few with exactly the opossite review, 5 stars. I work in data analysis, that's an indicator of fake reviews trying to hide what's going on in reality with this company...

Jack Wolfskin are No1

I have found Jack Wolfskin products excellent and their customer service dept is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always ready to help. They have provided me with replacement hoods, buttons poppers etc within days of emailing them and with no charge to myself. If only all customer services were as good as these guys

Don't bother.

Wish I had looked on here before ordering.
When you get something from a .co.uk site you presume it is coming from the UK but no.
Ordered and paid for item 2 weeks ago, had to message them to ask them to ship it, a week later the tracking number is still not working, don't think it's even a valid number.
No item, dodgy tracking and no explanation.
Awful company to deal with, just want what I paid for or at the very least be able to verify its on the way.
One of the worst companies I have dealt with.
Never again.

Edit....A week after writing the original still no item or working tracking number, have had to open a case with PayPal for a refund.

Edit 2......Item never arrived, PayPal ruled in my favour and refunded my money.

Sham of a company.

Crap company and atrocious customer…

Crap company and atrocious customer service..
I ordered a pair of walking boots on 30th December 2020, nothing on the website about delays or would be coming from Germany as thought common sense would tell you to deliver from UK stores!!
Anyway, had an email on 4th Jan with Parcelforce delivery information. Tried the track parcel option and was no trace. I left it a few days and still nothing so chased JW to be told it was stuck at customs in Germany because of Brexit and they don't know when it will sent but will be after 28th Jan. I can't get a refund because apparently it has been packaged, etc but they are quick enough to take the money!!
I have raised it as an issue with PayPal because as far as I am concerned, it is still with JW as it is not with the courier or myself!

Ripped off

Ordered a jack wolfskin coat from this company and a fake Christian Dior scarf arrived. The item was sent from the following address in China. GMADOUZ, No7 Shanhe Hengxiang, Jingxi Village, melhuayan, baiyunqu GZ, GD, 528000 CHINA. Left emails for the slice of sci-fi to contact me, nothing. Do not order from this company as in my opinion it’s a scam.

Horrendous, distrustful scammers. **Contact your bank for a chargeback*****

Ordered made on the 1st Jan. Nothing to say item was coming from Germany!!! Sales agent on chat was rude advising me to be patient despite now waiting 14 days. The tracking number doesn't work and no agent will help. If items arent received by next week I will speak to bank about a charge back. UPDATED ****NOW BEEN ADVISED THIS IS ALL TO DO WITH 'BREXIT'****** What a load of rubbish. Been told items wont arrive until February over 1 month after ordering. They state they cant refund as item are 'loaded on a pallet'. They state if you dont want the items just refuse to sign when they arrive and they will refund. I highly doubt that will happen. Going to contact back for a charge back. I also left a negative review on their own feedback site on their page after receiving an email to do so.....guess what review was never published just lots of positive reviews
.......mmmmmmm. scammers.***update**** I contacted my bank and explained the situation, they agreed it was unacceptable. Section 75 ( a paid on my debit card) started. Money back in my bank immediately. I advise all those in the same position to contact your bank for a refund.

Appalling service

Appalling service. Ordered a jacket on 30th December. After 5 days contacted them. Only then told it was being dispatched from Germany and told it would be dispatched on Wednesday and I would be receiving an e mail. I didn’t. I sent them one, no response. I rang them. I Was told it might be dispatched in the next two days. The person’s attitude was basically that I could like it or lump it. I would have to go back a decade to recall a salesman as rude as he was. I said why not cancel the order and refund. He said he could only request it. So am I getting the jacket?, I don’t know. A refund? I don’t know. Never again!

horrible customer treatment by Jack Wolfskin

I am astonished/shocked by the way I have been treated by Jack Wolfskin's shop in Berlin. I bought a jacket around 12 days ago and I found out later that was too small for me. I have been trying to change it but when I went to the first shop the seller found something dirty in the jacket. I did not how that happen and try to argue but he said I cannot change it. Then he asked for my recipe and noted my name and all info about the jacket in a note. He said that if I am not liking the jacket then I sell in other online shops. Very rude way to say it.
I went to the second shop where actually I bought the jacket to see if I could maybe try to change it once again. The Seller of the second shop not even knew about me but also told me that the other shop inform all the Jack Wolfskin about me and the situation. Also, I will not be able to change my jacket at all. She was very rude! She spoke to me in a so rough and rude manner that I felt so bad like I was doing something very wrong. She embarrassed me by saying in a very rude and unpolite way that all the stores already knew about my case and it would be useless to try to change it. She already knew my name and information before I even said anything. In fact, I was not wrong since I still have time to change my jacket.
That is not at all a way to treat customers!

I have 3 Jack Wolfskin jacket/coats…

I have 3 Jack Wolfskin jacket/coats which I am very pIeased with so I purchased a Jack Wolfskin short coat from Sidmouth Outdoors in February this year. I had to send it back for replacement because the zip mostly wouldn't work. It seemed that a few corners had been cut on quality. The zip on the second coat is better but not fantastic, still awkward to zip up and just 8 months on, it's showing signs of not lasting.
So sadly I won't be buying another if quality doesn't improve.
