Well made gate
Was very pleased with wooden side gate and the efficient delivery. Even the handyman fitting gate commented on the sturdiness and asked for Jacksons details to recommend to a neighbour.

Why I use Jacksons
I've used Jacksons several times for fencing, pergolas and other items. Their products are far superior to most other suppliers, with high quality timber and a good preservative system. I find their website and their communication excellent, and although delivery times are longer than some others, if you plan ahead it is well worth the extra lead-in time. The only downside is the cost of delivery which makes ordering significant amounts at a time the only cost effective option and not being able to obtain stock from a local supplier.

Second to none. Quality, service, price.
The quality of these panels are second to none, very very strong. Exceptional compared to anything else on the market, price slightly higher than average but worth every penny and expected with such quality. Was absolutely delighted with them. Isaak was great throughout and also the delivery driver was lovely. Already had 4-5 people stop me to ask where I got my panels from. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Delivery of 3.66m lawn edging boards.
Received a call from delivery driver, saying his lorry was too long to turn into the village. I suggested a different turning and walked to meet him. That turning was also too tight and he was already loading the boards onto his forklift. He successfully delivered the boards with the forklift and was very helpful.

Product is fantastic. Well made and looks brilliant. The posts I ordered are also perfect. You lose 1 star for letting a driver deliver solo as the load was unmanageable really.
