Jackson's Art Supplies are by far the best in online shopping. In recent years they have a much improved delivery time and a most excellent website. I have already got family and friends to shop here.

Currently, very fed up. I have in date Christmas voucher. I'm on my second order trying to spend the voucher. The box is unresponsive for gift vouchers. Voucher and website both uk. Help isn't helpful, currently waiting for a human for 40 mins, sent another two messages. Hard of hear so phone not a good option for me. All is well with this company until something fails and then they're just not on the ball.
Tried to call for last order voucher failure, no answer or no one available, called in office hours. I'm annoyed gift was from daughter who can ill afford to waste money like this.
Update: Jackson's emailed and the code now works. Success and to be fair they were fast and persistent. No idea of the issue, 2 different devices correct code correctly typed, after Jackson's examined the situation and verified the code was valid cut and past, in other words the exact typed code worked. Just happy its sorted.

I received my order and the fine art paper pad was damaged and when I contacted jackson they were very nice about it and partially refunded it to me for the damages.
