I had a not inexpensive item go faulty on first use (a non Jackson branded item). I contacted customer support and Kieran managed my case superbly.

I just love the vast range available at Jackson's. For a mixed-media artist like myself, this is so important. The prices are always competitive - equally important in these cash-strapped times! They take real care with packing too, to ensure often delicate items arrive undamaged while also using enviro-friendly packing wherever possible. Part of my most recent order included Jackson's own brand, mid-range H-frame easel. And I'm loving it so far! Such good value for such a well-made, robust easel. I shopped at Jackson's in person when I was living in London - and I still shop there, now online, all these years later up in the near highlands of Scotland! Great shop, great staff and excellent service.

I couldn’t have had a better experience trying to figure out what I needed to get back into watercolour after a 30 odd year gap. The information about products was incredibly helpful so my decisions were easy, especially as the blog is full of great tips and explanations.
