Pleased with the spindles I ordered from them. I rang their office second time rather than purchasing on the website, to be honest the staff could have been a bit more helpful but never mind. Happy with the end results.

Extremely rude staffs with no manners at all! Delivery was expected today (Thursday) and I have been calling since Monday to ensure that it definitely arrives on Thursday. I have taken a day off and even called this morning to check if it was coming and the staff rudely said yes it is on its way, only to now be told by another extremely ill-mannered staff that it will not be delivered today due to human error. Looking at the previous reviews, how many human error can you make without reviewing your processes?! Very rude staffs.. will never order again from this ridiculous company!

Sent wrong item by company for the second time, 41mm spindles with a 32mm handrail (ordered correctly). Sent previously a square base connector for a newel it would never fit, customer service is poorly communicated and takes a long time to answer. Never answered original emails weeks after, happy to take your money but not correct their issues. Avoid, shop elsewhere.

This Company are the best, bought stair handrail, baserail and spindles in primed white. I was able to select delivery date and was kept updated on what was happening and items came on time and well packaged. Wood was finished to such a high standard even my joiner was impressed!! Price was excellent for the same quality you won't find cheaper anywhere. Will be buying from again and definitely recommend them, you won't be disappointed. 10 out of 10!!

Pigs ear rail looks fine but not fitted yet.Delivery awful. On the specified dayTNT failed to attend but the tracking showed 'Customer not there'. On the second day I called TNT to say the driver had not attended an day 1. I was advised to put a note on the door to ask for the parcel to be left if there was no answer. Later the tracking showed a second message to say 'customer not there'. I called TNT and was advised that the driver would return within the hour and I would receive a call back from TNT to check the item was delivered. No delivery and no phone call. Day 3 I called Jackson Woodturners. They said they would call TNT and call me back with an ETA. I heard nothing. Fortunately the rail was delivered in the afternoon. Having paid more than £20 for the delivery I consider this completely unacceptable.

I had requested and paid for a specific delivery day with JWT - Unfortunately, despite 3 promises that the goods would be delivered that day only a small parcel was delivered and the largest item had supposedly been placed onto another vehicle as it was too big for the vehicle covering my home address.
After many phone calls and numerous e-mails I was informed that the item had been left in the loading bay and not actually placed on the vehicle as promised.
Because of this I waited in from 08.00am until 6.00pm that evening believing the item would be delivered.
When I took the matter up with JWT (Tufnell's were delivering agents) I was offered a 50% refund of our delivery costs as a "Gesture of goodwill".
I continued to complain and eventually after numerous e-mails was given a response by the Director of JWT - but it differed from the information I was given.
I continued my complaint which I fully believed to be justified and eventually I was given the other 50% refund of the delivery charges by the said Director of JWT.
The goods themselves are absolutely fine and of high quality - what a pity that someone could not see that if an initial offer of a FULL REFUND of delivery charges had been made, that would have been the end of the matter and they would have received 5 stars.
Hopefully should something like this happen again I hope they make the right decision.
I wasted a lot of time - but it became a matter of principle in the end and believe a further gesture of goodwill would have not gone amiss - never the less I thank JWT for its eventual outcome.
